EDIT: 7/2/21: I write this edit because I am so suprised at what happened with my service tonight. I ordered a large (mind you its 7$) and the server scooped out my ice cream and mixed the toppings but left almost a whole scoop out of my cup. My cup was not full and for some reason she proceeded to throw out about 1/4 of my ice cream she had scooped for me. I’m not sure if this is management making her do this or what. But I dont understand why when you know that the customers are watching you make their ice cream that you would throw out a portion of it when you already scooped it and used my mix ins? Very confusing because if anything you would be giving the customer their required amount with a little extra on top.

0 stars! I asked for what i wanted. It was the smallest ice cream cup ever but that’s all I can afford and consume in one sitting. The lady was rude about that. Give the customers what they want. Yesterday the ice cream went in the garbage. Terrible place to go 0/0 all they had to do was get the cup. I pointed to the size I wanted to buy a pointed right out of it. I don’t care if they were gonna give it to me for free that’s what I wanted. I didn’t care if it cost 50 bucks I would’ve paid for the smallest cup. One thing inside the restaurant business always give the customer what they want. Otherwise your place is gonna crash.

The ice cream was great but the customer service was horrible. My friend and I have never been to cold stone and we were not sure what to get. Usually when you are unsure at food places they make suggestions or give samples. The young lady working did the opposite she stared at us blankly and didn’t even greet us when we walked in. When other customers walked in and I observed she acted one way with ethnic people and another way with Caucasian people. I understand that everyone has their preferences but if you choose to work in a chain, food service you should put on a happy face for everyone. Other than the worker my experience was wonderful.

Absolutely terrible service. The staff were completely useless — just standing around, laughing and chatting like it was a social club, not a place of business. They ignored customers entirely, showing zero professionalism or respect. I felt like a ghost. If you’re looking for incompetence and disrespect, this is the place. Avoid at all costs.

Great service at this location. We called ahead to make sure they had Malt Milkshakes. The Team Member who answered the call was enthusiastic and pleasant. When we walked in, we were greeted by smiling Josie & her Team. They were all so friendly and welcoming. The milkshake was delish and our cake batter Ice cream was also good.
