If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such a bad experience at a cold stone. The man serving us was incredibly stingy with the ice cream and didn’t fill the cups up. He put an old overly ripe brown banana into my icecream (it was practically mush) and barely put any toppings. I asked for nutella and he grabbed the smallest spoonful possible. We ordered a medium and the man filled a small container and stuck it into a medium container! This employee overcharged and tried to hide the fact that he used a small container instead of a medium. I am appalled.

Ordered from here twice. Both times they got my order wrong. First time they didn’t put the extra stuff I ordered in there. Second time I decided to give them another chance, we ordered 2 medium & they gave us 2 smalls & still didn’t put everything I ordered in mine, then refused to give us part of the money back. Kept arguing with me. I will never get this place again !
