I don’t know why but today I was given the smallest cup of ice cream and charged for the large one (ironically, the small cup was put in the large one, so I didn’t notice when I was paying). It’s not like it’s a big deal but I’m wondering if it is somehow related to what was going on at the store at the time: the young gentleman was periodically running to the back room and… screaming on the top of his lungs and screaming some weird sounds (I’m not sure how to describe it in a better way, imagine a piglet screaming when it’s being butchered or something) and the lady was running to the back room with him as well, however I didn’t hear her voice. Idk what they were doing there weirdly screaming. I concluded they were having fun but it was all very very weird… Oh, and they put mix-ins in the wrong ice-cream which after everything was the least of my trouble but it did made me think if anyone also spit in the ice cream, I wouldn’t be surprised.
P. S. I did read the reviews below and someone already mentioned the practice of putting the small cup into a big one to charge for the big one and the store is still doing it, so I guess it is not a one time issue but rather a standard practice to get more money from people. Same about customer service. I believe if the owner truly dealt with the concerns raised by the customers I wouldn’t have seen what I saw today at the store. Now priorities are clear. Please, don’t offer me a free ice cream, I don’t think I wanna show up there again and deal with whatever is going on there. It doesn’t look like they have any respect for customers at all.

The banana split was pretty good except for it was smaller than what I expected.I think they only gave me one scoop of ice cream instead of two scoops. They could have added more strawberries also but all in all it was tasty and reminded me of my child hood days when I used to get a banana split in the cup from dairy queen. I will definitely try it again.

What an awesome ice cream store. It’s fun to watch them make your order. Very friendly staff. So many flavors to choose from. You can order any way you want. There are tables inside and out.

What’s cool about this Creamery is their Cake Ice creams Not to mention Ice cream Cakes. How about a Blue Velvet Cake Ice Cream though! I’m drooling.
I had been to many Ice cream parlors before however, What makes this place utterly visit-worthy is their Flavors. After all who doesn’t wanna munch on something this cool.
Given that, I do expect a wicked waffle cone too because that’s what makes the whole ice cream experience wonderful and I cannot deny the fact that their waffle cone is just scrumptious be it plain or dipped. So Fresh and the Crunch while you Nibble on, apparently, Not stuffed with Just Sugar. An optimum melange of Sweetness and Crunch as opposed to other Sugary cones.
Cold Stone Creamery serves whooping 20 Toppings for their Icecreams. First topping is absolutely free, additional toppings will be charged for.
Additionally, multiple seating arrangements inside as well as outside the store.

Love this place! Sheila, the owner was excellent to work with. She responded to all my calls and messages quickly and was very professional. The prices were also very reasonable. We came to her several years ago to make a special dairy-free cake for our wedding. She worked so hard to make sure it was perfect for our special occasion. We came to her again 7 years later to make another specialty cake for a 70th birthday party. She was able to take the design we wanted and create an amazing cake from it. The cake was a hit at the party! Everyone loved the design and the cake itself was delicious! We also got another dairy-free cake that was so yummy! Thank you for being a part of two of our special occasions!
