Ordered from here before with Uber eats and quality and quantity was great. This time I ordered Somewhere Over the Rain-dough and also a pint of my own mix. The Somewhere Over the Rain-dough had no dough no nothing. Horrible. The point with my own creation had the most rancid tasting ice cream I’ve ever had with barely any mixings and what it has in it for cookies were stale and tasted as if they were left in some area where they took on the flavor of whatever yucky substance they were near. Disgusting and no refund!!!

The staff here aer mostly kids but they have a positive attitude and they do a pretty good job. My kiddo has dangerour food allergies and they ALWAYS handle making his sorbet with the utmost care and safety. I appreciate their dedication to his safety. The icecream is always so tasty. A little sweet for my preference so I just get a little one, but so yummy!

The lovely lady who was working alone on 1/14/26 at 3:00 Pm is absolutely fantastic. She gave out some amazing recommendations that suited my taste, she took her time from helping other customers and her side work to help me figure out what is some good recommendations. Born and raised in New York and moved to Florida before 2025. This will definitely be my new spot for a sweet treat!

Visited cold stone in Seminole yesterday evening.
I had a strawberry ice cream, my husband butter pecan.
Both ice cream tasteless. My strawberry didn’t taste like strawberry at all. Same with butter pecan.
Won’t return. Would not recommend. There are better ice cream stores around.

They don’t honor registration bogos on their pints/quarts/Triple pints. You have to order a small/medium/large normal single serve ice cream for the bogo. There is nowhere in store or on app that specifies it can’t be a take home pint/quart/triple pint ice cream. It just says “bogo” registration bonus with no specifications. Was going to buy a ton of “Boo Batter” treats before the season was over and I always encourage my coworkers to go here too. Probably won’t be doing that anymore. I made a special trip on a day off just to just this coupon only to be told I can’t in the way I want to with nothing except an employee to tell me I can’t. If it specified that’d be one thing, but it’s just a “bogo” reward. Guess I’ll be saving more money.
