First time at this location. Staff were friendly, patient, and attentive, especially Chris. I like the variety of flavors you can chose from and the many different toppings that they have. They have 3 sizes – like it (small), love it (medium) and gotta have it (large). Prices are a bit higher so if you planing to share, I recommend getting the biggest size cuz in comparison w the smallest, it’s just $2 more for doble the amount of ice cream. Also, don’t forget to enroll in their reward program which it’s free and offers many discounts.

I love how you can find a new flavor every day. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness. The treatment of the boys is always friendly. It really is lovely to go in the evening after a family dinner. I recommend going better during the week to avoid waiting in lines.

I’ve been a customer at this location for 5+ years, and the customer service and cleanliness of this place keeps getting worse.
Went today Jan 18 2026 around 7:30pm and the place was a mess. No one welcomed me. One employee behind the counter said “Hello”, and when I answered back I noticed he was actually talking to someone on his earpod, which is very rude and unprofessional.
Napkins on the floor, the cold stone is not being cleaned after making each ice cream so it looks disgusting, empty banana peels everywhere, it was bad.
Not sure who runs this location, but they better get their act together because they now charge $8 for 1 scoop, and the experience sucks.

I was so mad last night because of all the items to be missing it was mine and this whole thing was my idea! They told me to come back and get it but I didn’t think leaving the house kinda late was a good idea. I’ve been a loyal customer of Cold Stone for many years, and I’ve always loved both the ice cream and the customer service. Every time I visited in the past, I left happy and satisfied. However, I’m really disappointed to say that this is the second time this month that I’ve had a frustrating experience.
The main issue seems to be with the night shift team. The new employees aren’t being properly trained, and it really shows—especially when it comes to making shakes. I waited over 20 minutes just to place my order, and then had to wait another 20 minutes for one shake to be made. This kind of wait time is excessive, especially compared to how fast and efficient the service used to be.
It seems like the newer team members are being put on night shifts without enough support or guidance. I strongly suggest having a more experienced employee or supervisor present during those hours to help train and guide them. Otherwise, you risk losing loyal customers who genuinely want to keep coming back—but don’t feel it’s worth wasting money or time on a disappointing experience.
It’s unfortunate because Cold Stone has been a neighborhood favorite, but I really hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and improve the training process for your team.

I simply asked the young lady to wash her hands before assisting and she went past the sink to the back. I heard her talking with coworkers as if it was a joke to laugh at. She came up laughing so I left. Me and two other people are going somewhere else because of the sanitation issue and unprofessionalism.

Came to get ice cream, but there were only two people working. One person focusing on uber orders and the other person handle customers. It took me a total of 25-30 minutes to get assistance with only one person ahead of me. Employees need a little coaching and need more help. It never like this before
