I have never experienced this kind of service at any Cold Stone before. I waited over 35 minutes, and not a single staff member asked me what I needed. They were busy doing their own work and completely ignored the customers standing in line.
Even when I told them I was getting late for my flight, they still didn’t respond. They were moving extremely slow and said they were “working on online orders,” but they were not taking any in-store orders. Everyone in the line was waiting with no communication.
This was honestly a waste of time coming here, and very disappointing service. They really need to improve their customer handling and speed.

I went into Cold Stone creamery and I cannot believe the prices for the ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. The customer service was good. The ice cream was even better. But the prices that’s insane. I’m thankful that I had a gift card that I obtained through fetch. Because I would definitely not go there to buy ice cream at that price. I think it’s an absolute rip-off. I do not recommend going to get ice cream here. You can get a much better deal if you go to Publix. They’ve got great brands of ice cream and you get twice as much for the price that you’re paying and you can even watch out for the two for one deals.

Understaffed and employees look so miserable and unhappy to be working.
Not inviting because didnt have smiley faces.
Long lines for a Sunday and have to wait a long time to order too expensive wil put a whole in my pocket.
Employees didnt even know the wifi password when being there.
Not enough seating either, not worth it.

I haven’t been to a Cold Stone in many years. We stopped by because I had a gift card. Anyone who knows me knows I love ice cream. I really wanted to like it, but Cold Stone just didn’t do it for me. Our group all got a “love it” size, thinking we were going to “love it,” but we were struggling to finish it. The flavors were too sweet and too overpowering. The price was way too much for this kind of ice cream. Thankfully, I didn’t pay for anything due to the gift card, but it’s not a place I would like to come back to again. The staff were nice but the service was a bit slow. I don’t blame them. There were two employees for about 15-20 guests, 30-minute waiting time.

Ordered through Uber Eats a couple times. They have forgotten the waffle bowls both times. Unbelievable, it’s not difficult to follow instructions. I also got skimped on the expensive ice cream. See picture.

If you want an insane ice cream treat, this is the place! They have quite the assortment of flavors, but we ultimately chose Our Strawberry Blonde and Dough For It and both were so sweet and yummy. I opted to get mine in a waffle bowl, which made a nice addition. You can also go with a sundae or a cone if you want something more traditional. And don’t forget about their ice cream cakes; Coldstone makes a great cool birthday treat!

Employees don’t understand the concept of ” I would like this order to go, in a closed container with a lid”. They handed it to me and told me to ” break the cone and make it fit and put the lid on myself”.They also took forever to attend to taking my order.
