I feel skimped out on ice cream. My husband and I ordered our own “Mine” pints and when I opened my container I saw this. The customer service was not welcoming or great either so I didn’t feel comfortable asking if they can fill it. This is the second time it’s happened too, the first time we went I just let it go but for the second time and the service we had received at this location is just not okay.

Poor customer service. 5 people behind the counter, 3 busy, and 2 trying to look busy, while I stand there waiting to be served. A sale was lost because the energy is low vibrational in a place that brings people joy. I can’t imagine how much money is being lost at this establishment.

Their employee Ava made this location great! She was so helpful and she offered my family free sample cups for the grand opening. Somebody else put too much peanut butter in my ice cream but it was still so yummy.

staff doesn’t listen to orders, i ordered a milkshake without whipped cream, they proceeded to make it with whipped cream and when told that’s not what i ordered they scrapped some of it off but there’s still whipped cream in it

I LOVE COLD STONE! This location greets you with a warm wafting scent of fresh waffles, and if you that doesn’t make you smile then idk what will! Anyways, I enjoy the customization of the ice cream and I love watching them chop chop fold fold. They handled my order well, with smiles, and I have no qualms about this location or staff. Ice cream was delicious and I’ll be back for more.

Came in and lowkey was scared to even order, the workers acted like they didn’t wanna be there and we were interrupting their conversation. The ice cream is super good so that’s at least a plus, just wish we were more comfortable ordering.

Tried to give me a smaller size by putting a it in a smaller size then putting the cup in the bigger size bowl. Then when I asked them to correct it they argued saying they did nothing wrong. Horrible customer service

The customer service here is poor!! From the time I walked in the store I stood there looked at the menu to see what I wanted, no one said welcome or acknowledge that I was standing there . After about 3 to 4 minutes I noticed the camera up on the wall so hopefully they can go back and look at the poor service I received, After walking closer to the glass I was asked by the male had I been helped after he was done scrolling on his cell phone and noticed that I was standing there. I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to make the ice cream another young lady came over and asked if she could and I told her my second order. I stated I wanted a waffle bowl with the Oreo overload and another waffle bowl with the cookie dough ice cream. I noticed they were putting it in a cone so I stated I wanted it to go and that I wanted it in a bowl not a cone. They both looked at each other went to the back. I saw her making a smart remark as she walked off and then she came back with the bowl and slammed it on the counter, the gentleman (not so gentle) came from the back without the ice cream and proceeded to make a new bowl when I asked what happened to the first bowl he said he threw it out. I stated I just wanted a bowl. He could’ve dumped the ice cream in the bowl and instead of throwing it out he then stated I would have to waste it either way with an attitude.This is my second time here and the service is always poor. I enjoy a good bowl of ice cream and for the price that I pay I expect good services. The date of my visit was today Sunday March 3rd at about 5:15 in the afternoon. I live in the Harlem Grovetown area but I get better service at the cold Stone in Augusta. I hate to have to drive as far to get a good bowl of ice cream due to poor customer service.

Great service as always. Clean store, friendly staff and they all had a smile! The only complaint I would have is the lack of lactose free flavor. My husband can’t enjoy the ice cream like I do bc he doesn’t ear chocolate and that’s the only silk flavor available.
