I don’t know why you had the bad habit of unlawfully lie and being discriminatory with the restroom. Here at plain sight says the restroom is out of other which is not, is clean and I used , there is nothing broken. Again, is unlawful to deny ppl in general the restroom and more even to customers because if the restroom is not working, by law you have to fix it ASAP. I can understand that some ppl doesn’t have proper higiene I had ice cream on other cold stone stores and never had this discriminatory use of the restroom. Here , Hindi ppl again. I’m sorry bad it looks you guys do that often and again is not ok . That means, even if a homeless need the restroom, you cannot refuse it by law and they do not even need to buy nothing. Let’s be kindness and humanity back on this world

There was this nice female worker that told me she was new and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. She was a hijabi just like myself and even almost had the same name as myself! She made my ice cream super tasty and pretty!! I loved her hospitality and customer service! She made me feel so welcomed and made sure to make my ice cream very presentable!! Will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you Fatima !!!

My family and I love the ice cream that we had coming there after seeing Minions: The Rise of Gru at AMC North Dekalb 16 in Decatur. My favorite favor I chose is Oreo Cream it is the best I ever had than any other ice cream spot especially it’s my first time coming to Cold Stone and hoping to go to one again.

There is something odd happening at this location. They up charge and they’re a rip off. I’ve been going to Cold Stone Creamery for years and I get the same size. The Love It size cost more here and the toppings are more expensive. We paid $1.49 for each topping. This is by far the WORST location that I’ve been to from the pricing to the terrible customer service. The Indian woman working is horrible.

I ordered a pie who loved me. The gram crackers are not fresh. Especially because of the name. I then asked her to make me another one and she used the same no fresh gram crackers. But tried to use less crackers because she was upset that I said the grams were not fresh.

the icecream was good dont get me wrong (then why am i making a review??) because of the rushy service. i felt like i was in the wrong by being in there. one of the main things for a successful business is how they treat their customers and i didn’t feel appreciated at this place where i spent my money 🙁 i love icecream

This is not a complaint about the ice cream…..b/c cold stone ice cream is delicious. However, the older female who ran the register on this visit was extremely rude. We all got ( forgive me I don’t know the exact lingo) two scoops—two cups one waffle cone. The guy put the cup orders into a larger cup simply because it was spilling out and making a mess when he tried to put it in the regular two scoop cup. Only one of the orders was a signature order the other two were just two scoop of one flavor. The cashier kept asking what did you add in (to the signature cup) what size did you get?? If you don’t believe your customers just ask the employees! But aren’t the toppings free?? Even if I substitute one thing out?? At any rate I would suggest taking a deep breath and packing your patience when you get ready to pay.
