This was my first time going to cold stone creamery in Conyers and it will be the last. I told the woman working this day that it was my first time there, and you would think she would have been a patient,but no. The woman making the ice cream was very rude and had a nasty attitude from the start and didn’t even make my ice cream right. She completely forgot my toppings that were supposed to come with the cookie minster it was pretty much just vanilla ice cream.

I bought 2 got to have it. The portions were smaller than previous visits. It didn’t reach the plastic lids. When I addressed it with the young lady she got an attitude.

Twice in one week, I’ve experienced exceptional customer service from a young adult and I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. This young lady at Cold Stone (Conyers) by the name of Arielle ( not sure if correct spelling) had a long line of customers with just her assisting in our orders. When I say she was patient, personable, polite and quick!!!!! She was on top of her game this day and I commend her tremendously bc nowadays it is very hard to receive this level of customer service coming from our young people. Thank you for showing up and showing out for my family. Continue letting your light shine bright bc you never know who’s day you’re brightening bc it definitely shined light on my day.

It’s not cheap ice cream but you get what you pay for. It’s a lot and it’s very very good. Lots of flavors and way more toppings than flavors. There’s even a few preset combinations of flavors, like the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip which adds chocolate chips, fudge, and brownie to mint ice cream. Got it in a shake this time but will do it again in a bowl. Was delicious!

A staff member stopped working on orders and held a 20 minute conversation with 2 ladies. A guy was at the register and she ignored him while she continued with her conversation. Other people in line stated how rude she was knowing the line was at the door. A customer had to approach her in order for her to continue working. Don’t know her name but she had dreadlocks. She was very rude.

It is one of the best places of ice cream in town. In rare occassions the customer service has not been the best. Although, they do have to work on their agility to serve. One thing that really really needs work is keeping the place clean. I recommend going outside to clean the tables once or twice a day. It’s very disappointing going outside to enjoy a delicious ice cream and then be confronted with sticky, dirty, dusty tables. Please pay more attention to the establishment’s clean-up!
