Deleted my old two star review from three years ago when we stopped getting treats at Cold Stone. Decided to give it a try today, and I can safely say I’m never spending my money here ever again. Done.
App experience was horrendous, and finally went to the website. Ordered and it said it’d be ready in about 20 to 25 minutes. Got there 35 minutes later and it wasn’t even started. The worker was sitting outside when we parked, and claimed the order just came in when I went in as she took it off the printer.
No real reason to use the app or ordering online. Three years ago we used to come here and it was never ready on time, so clearly that hasn’t changed since we stopped enjoying Cold Stone.
It was good, though even after waiting, our order wasn’t correct. I was too annoyed to even bother going back in to complain.

I was very impressed with the speed of service. There was a bus of basketball players there getting some Ice cream. And my wife and I almost didn’t go in because of the crowd but we decided to go in any way. And the employees were had great attitudes and were working hard to serve each customer. I got the Cake Batter milk shake with just Cookie dough and it was Awesome. It was my first time trying it but it won’t be my last.

We had a pretty good experience here. The place needs a bit of sweeping and reorganizing but its not that really bad. My only concern was it was difficult to find cause the plaza where its at is in between two restaurants. Also the slope and trees cover its location. Other than that, its that “cold stone” that we all know. The staff were pretty nice and were smiling while helping us. Also, we went there on a Sunday and it wasnt that bad at all.

My husband and I went to this location twice within 2 days wanting a little treat after moving into our new apartment all day. The staff was amazing and I love how much later in the day this location is open. It was such a treat and the staff even gave us a little celebration cake for us getting our new apartment

First, the girl that took my order was amazing! The reason for the 2 stars…the girl that helped my husband was NOT amazing, and he was skipped over so an employee could give a free ice cream to a woman who wasnt even in line. Also, my husband and I both ordered the love it size. You can clearly see in the picture that one of them is barely a like it size. Lastly, the waffle bowls look ugly. There was obviously no care put in to the making of them. I am a frequent customer of a Cold Stone in Augusta, GA. THEIR waffle bowls are uniform and gorgeous. Their portions are uniform. Their customer service is above reproach
