If I could give this place ZERO stars I would in a heartbeat!!! My 3 YEAR OLD got a vanilla ice cream cone and I started to eat the rest because she was done with it THANK GOD!!! The last bite of ice cream had a piece of PLASTIC IN IT!!!! If my 3 year old would have ate that last bite of ice cream she could have chocked on that piece plastic!!! And the chocolate that we got is hard a rock!! Just disgusting!!!

Seasonal offerings. Less than 5 stars only because of how dirty it was. Tables filthy & badly in need of wiping down. There are only two small tables.

A group of us came in and were greeted quite enthusiastically by someone that I assumed was a manager. He was super friendly! I realized after leaving that I wasn’t charged for extra toppings, which usually happens at a Cold Stone. When I looked at the menu, it said extra toppings were $0.00… I think that is a really nice thing to do. I was satisfied with my ice cream!

Got two caramel apples today. They were very old and soggy. Also, my daughters caramel had a hair in it. I told the young man at the counter and he looked at me like I had a third eye growing out of my forehead. Do yourself a favor, go to Kilwins if you want a caramel apple. They always have fresh delicious apples.
