Please teach your employees that Everybody’s container should be filled to the top and not fluffed up with a spoon to make it look fuller. I’m paying almost $25 for a container that I could easily get at the grocery store for $5. I want to pay and expect for quality and quantity at the same time. I’ve had to mention this several times, and it’s frustrating to receive an attitude in return for asking that the order be done properly.

The tall young man working on Saturday 10/18 made my ice cream and did a great job. He was extremely kind and really put a smile on my face especially after a tough week. Glad to know we still have good customer service these days . The young lady working with him took a very hard tumble. Hope she’s okay!

We needed a sweet snack and Cold Stone provided! The staff is super friendly and the ice cream is delicious. The kids are ver satisfied as they crammed gummy bears and sprinkles in a yummy mixture of other toppings. I love the cold stone mixing effect. This was a very pleasant and sweet tooth fulfilling visit!

Cold stone creamery at Blakeney! We always come here every time we eat in Blakeneys. The ice cream is on the softer side if that’s what you like for texture. I myself Love it! The young man working tonight is so friendly, my son didn’t know what to pick and he was really patient, just to find out he’s from New York too!

Very rude customer service. Website was not working properly so I called in to order a cake. The associate over the phone was so angry that I was having troubles with the website and said a lady bought two cakes same day and had no issues so I asked her to try it so I could have her understand I was not the issue. She attempted and it didn’t work for her and so she asked me to come in person to order. Why treat a paying customer like that when your website was not working?
Never again will purchase anything from this location. The cake was only needed because it was short notice or else I would have taken my business elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite I’ve cream stores in the area. They have a fantastic variety of ice cream flavors, and incredible toppings.
The service is quick and efficient even when busy, and staff upbeat, friendly and polite. Prices comparable to like ice cream spots in the area.

Izzie was amazing. I was indecisive on what flavor I wanted or creation. She was patient with me and offer different flavors. The reason for two stars is there was a wait and the manager is just sitting on his phone watching two teenagers swamped with orders when he could have helped. Besides that amazing staff
