I recently took my kids to Cold Stone Creamery, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the kids were captivated by the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. The wide array of ice cream flavors and mix-ins left them excited and eager to try something new.
The staff was incredibly friendly and patient as the kids made their selections, helping them to choose the perfect combinations. Watching the ice cream being mixed on the cold stone with their chosen toppings was a highlight for them. They loved the interactive experience and couldn’t stop smiling.
As for the ice cream itself, it was creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The kids enjoyed their custom creations, and each bite was met with happy exclamations of how good it was. From the classic favorites like chocolate and vanilla to more adventurous flavors, there was something for everyone.
Overall, our visit to Cold Stone Creamery was a huge success. The kids had a blast, and the delicious ice cream made it a memorable outing for all of us. We can’t wait to come back for more fun and tasty treats!

The staff here was very kind and patient while we sampled some of the new flavors. Matthew specifically did a great job on his first day by offering new flavor + mix-in ideas and just being all-around joyful to talk to … we couldn’t believe it was actually his first day!

Icecream is delicious! The store is all about making icecream infront of you, but for some reason the display is covered with all the additional ingredients you could add. So kids can’t see at all, and adults could peak thru the glass in certain angles.
So when it comes to the principle of the store which is The ART of making ice cream, the display failed.
Otherwise, good icecream, clean seating area. Didn’t try the restroom.

Great service. Customer service is amazing. The Associates are very polite. I am very happy that this Cold Stone is in my neighborhood. I would go there if I could every day, but that is not on that American health diet plan.

Doesn’t matter what state or city I’m in I’m always looking for a Coldstone Creamery. I always get Butter Pecan add Pecans and drizzle of caramel..Soooo good! A bit pricey but obviously worth it..

Went in and got a cake and checked out fine. Asked if they could write a message saying happy birthday on it and they said yes. Then they took it in the back and I stood waiting for 20 mins and the person who took it never came back out and every time I asked they said it was being worked on. Finally I just asked for the cake back and left with no message. Huge waste of time.

Ice cream is good. Atmosphere is just okay. The people working aren’t super friendly. They might have been working on a to go order, but didn’t even acknowledge us. Saying hello or even be with you in minute goes a long way making someone feel welcomed. It’s not worth $10 person for the experience, just eat ice cream at home.

Bought 2 triple pints. Probably got only 5 pints? Not the first time since last few months. Atleast give the box full if you are charging $25 for it.
I always tipped even for ready mixes, but this doesn’t even justify paying the base price.

Been there multiple times and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the portions are amazing. Delicious and creamy – just awesome!

I’m deeply disappointed by the service at this location. The employee named “Charlie”was hostile when I politely asked for my ice cream to be mixed properly – he raised his voice, rushed the order, and delivered a sloppy mess. His aggressive behavior in front of other customers was completely unprofessional.
Management should immediately *retrain or replace this employee** – no one should endure verbal abuse while trying to enjoy ice cream. Until changes are made, I strongly recommend visiting other dessert shops in Apex. I’ve reported this incident to corporate.
