Took my son out for a treat this evening. We decided to try the Cold Stone. It was our first visit to this new location. We’ve been to Hull street and we were glad that someone had opened this location. They were very well staffed. I believe a couple of folks may have been training. They were all very nice. My son got chocolate with two mix in. He really enjoyed it. Being new everything was very clean. I’m looking forward to taking the rest of my family. The only complaint someone may have is that how inconsistent the sizes were. But that may be due to training. But everything was delicious and all servers were pleasant.

Cold Stone is one of my favorite go-to spots for a sweet treat. The ice cream is always rich, creamy, and full of flavor — exactly what you’d expect from a premium dessert shop. I love how they mix your toppings right in front of you on the cold stone; it’s fun to watch and makes everything taste even better.
The staff here are always friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to enjoy helping.

I don’t know how I keep forgetting to go here. Stopped in to get ice cream. I tried the BANANA PUDDING . It was good very rich. Oh I also added strawberries in it extremely good. Service was nice and funny.

I had to place a large catering order and Chintan was so helpful! he made perfect signature creation recommendations, was patient with my many questions and bad math, and had my order well organized and ready when promised. the staff also said hello every time I walked into the store, which was nice.

Horrible customer service skills even when they are treated nicely. Not sure why this newer generation (I’m only 33 and I hate this generation) likes to whisper when talking and roll their eyes and sigh when working with customers. Only explanation is that they are lazy and entitled. Ice cream was good but won’t be coming back. Perhaps this establishment needs to hire some experienced workers to train these children how to communicate. It’s not you vs the customer. If you have that mentality I suggest you work manual labor as you won’t have to deal with customers as often, although you’d probably run back crying to this job.

First time trying this place and placed an order for delivery since I don’t live near it. Ordered 4 Love It sizes and 1 like it size scent $70. The Pumpkin Pie is amazing!
All of them were good but I got one that was create my own with chocolate malt, caramel, Graham crackers and fudge and I didn’t get this! I got kit kat which I don’t like and didn’t eat them. I hate to waste money but I couldn’t because of my teeth. Hence why I ordered mine specifically which cost me more than what I actually got. Then my autistic son got cake batter batter but got cookies and cream with some kind of ice cream and frosting! Again to pay this kind of money and considering the small sizes and their biggest size is normal size, and we don’t live near it we expect to get exactly what we paid for.
I will just go to sweet frogs and DQ instead of trying here again unless they offer to replace our order. I gave 3 stars for the Pumpkin pie it was amazing and considering other stuff didn’t taste bad.

there’s this girl that works there Grace L. she’s got brown hair, for some reason she can’t seem to help herself from touching her hair and playing with it and then making the food. pls have your employees wear their hair up, literally a code violation.
