This is regarding my experience on 3/3/26 at about 2pm. My husband and I walked in to this establishment and received horrible customer service. The young lady came out with a mean face like we just disturbed her sleep and forced her to come out of the back room. We greeted her and she just made an annoyed face and didn’t say anything. She just looked irritated that we were there. So I told my husband I didn’t want anything and we left. My husband let her know we were leaving and the lady just made an annoyed sigh and stormed back to wherever she came from. I guess annoyed that we woke her up and didn’t get anything. I’m not putting up with a grown person’s immaturity. It would be different if we had been rude, but we greeted her and were polite only to be treated like that. We have a choice on where we spend our money and I don’t have to put up with rudeness when I haven’t done anything to deserve it. I don’t know what that young lady is going through, but that’s the type of behavior that makes a customer think that a robot would probably do a better job. I used to work in customer service and am able to empathize, so I always treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve, as well as, showing my appreciation by tipping fairly. The attitude of this employee did not commend respectability.

3/3/2026, 12:23pm. Asked to place an order for a small round ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. Before I could get into specifics about the cake, the name on it etc. , the lady on the phone said, in an extremely rude tone, “What do you mean? We’re an ice cream shop. You come here to pick it up”. Dropped the phone.
She was rude and throughly unprofessional. If you don’t like what you do, please find another job. No need to subject unsuspecting customers to your horrible service. Never doing business with this establishment again.

Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious ice cream treats. The kids loved their experience there, especially the variety of cakes and ice creams available. It’s always exciting to watch the staff mix different flavors right in front of you. However, one downside we experienced was the wait time of 10 minutes to place our order. This was due to the limited staff present on a Saturday evening. Despite the wait, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the tasty ice cream made it worth it.

Planned a nice family outing and we had just enough time to stop in this cold stone. Haven’t been to one in years so I was pretty excited. When we walked in the door (4 adults) we were greeted with horrible looks and the employees wouldn’t answer us when we asked if we could get ice cream. Finally the girl said yeah we are supposed to be open but we are doing stuff. We were the only ones in the store. We were keeping it simple and planned to eat the ice cream in the truck, so I don’t know what their issue was. I ordered an apple pie one, and this girl was so mad she proceeded to beat the crap out of my ice cream with the spatula thing and dumped way too much cinnamon on it, it made a big cloud of cinnamon dust everywhere and my ice cream was a brown color. The waffle bowl was stale and rubbery. If I was the manager I would have fired these two, and honestly I have no desire to ever visit a cold stone again since they absolutely ruined what was a fantastic night. I would absolutely steer clear of this place, they obviously have issues with staffing. If I could say anything to those employees, it would be I’d make your ice cream any day with a big fat smile, you think your job is the pits, I invite you to try mine just for a day. You wouldn’t last 5 minutes.

Keatin! My new favorite worker here at cold stone. ❤️ I’ve never met someone who not only works hard but also works up a strong conversation! I came in on such a busy, bustling, hot day. I wanted my ice cream made quick to go; I was in no place to stay long. However, Keatin complimented my dusty old shirt lol! We talked all the way till checkout! Can’t wait to see you see girl!!

Wow, I’ve never been to a coldstone that was this amazing! From the flavor of the ice cream to the customer service, all of it was absolutely incredible! Keatin, Ashley, and Astrid were the ones that made my day. Keatin was amazing chopping all the ice cream topping, Ashley’s customer service on point, and Astrid was amazing! Knowing that they are always busy they always have a big smile on their face! Anyways, you should visit this coldstone so you are able to see these amazing workers!
