Ice cream is always great! But I think I’ll make the trip to Frosty Moose. It just seems like most employees are sad or frustrated at this location. I dont want to continue to have bad energy put into my happy food. Ice cream is supposed to make you happy it’s supposed to make you feel good it’s a treat .I dont understand how you can look so sad. My husband literally stopped someone from filling out order and asked for another person. When asked why, he explained. This is closer but I need to feel good when I’m spending my money so we will drive a little further away.

I’ve been coming here for three years, and this is the first time I’ve ever been treated like this. Even though we arrived before closing the “manager“Sam, and the employee Kayla, were kicking us out of the store. They both confirmed we had to leave.
Kayla had a nasty, rude attitude and acted completely immature. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable and she should not be working there. The way this was handled was disrespectful and frustrating, especially toward long time customers.

The pace was very busy. Lots of people in line, however the employees were serving the customers very fast. I had the fact there are no seats to eat in the store or outside. Otherwise good customer service. And very good ice cream. I enjoy every time I go.

Service was outlandish; Understaffed and they all seemed untrained. The person I presume was the manager, (I didn’t get their name— they were black, heavy set, and smelled strongly of cigarettes.) was impatient, rude, and equally as unhelpful with my order for a cake and some ice cream I tried to place. This location was not always like this, I’m not sure what’s happening.
