I wish I could take away the 1 star. We went yesterday evening walk in no greeting 3 employees there no other customers. Two of the employees keep looking at us as though we are bothering them. One is on his phone and the female keeps looking at us annoyed. The one masked guy finally after 4 minutes says what yall want? I politely said how are you he said not good. I said is this how you treat customers he rolled his eyes with a deep sigh. I said no thank you I will not patronize this establishment.

I had a horrible experience primarily due to the disrespectful behavior of the manager, Noor.
We were disappointed to find that the ice cream had virtually no toppings until we dug to the bottom and even then there were barely any toppings. We got 2 triple pint containers with a BOGO. My husband picked it up on my behalf while I waited in the car and didn’t open it until getting home. I returned the next day with the ice cream and politely requested either a remake of the order, or toppings to mix in myself. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the employee was new and didn’t get proper training. I was positive the matter would get resolved however Noor did not allow that to happen.
I was put on the phone with the manager Noor. Noor stated due to FDA regulations, they couldn’t handle the ice cream. I understood that and politely requested toppings to mix in myself. Noor insisted that if I wanted toppings, I would have to pay for them. I let her know I am not asking for anything extra, only what should have been rightfully part of the order. Noor also expressed annoyance with my request for a substitution in the mud pie mojo (brownies instead of peanut butter). She stated “they’re not supposed to alter signature creations” even though other Cold Stone locations always accommodate substitutions. When I pointed out that this is why there are negative reviews, Noor dismissively said “I don’t care about the reviews!” She also said “this is stupid you came all the way over here and are wasting your time over $3 worth of toppings!”
Noor also stated that since I had a BOGO, I received a free item and implied that I should stop complaining because I got free ice cream. That doesn’t excuse the fact these 2 tubs of ice cream were poorly made. She also said that “it was a glitch and you weren’t supposed to get that size” even though it was available for purchase on the website. They originally didn’t honor the BOGO and charged full price. When showing them it can be purchased online they refunded after a long wait. She also argued that it was my responsibility to ensure the order was correct before leaving, even though my husband went in on my behalf and he didn’t know how it was supposed to be made. Also, if someone got this as a doordash/uber eats there is no way they would have known until getting the ice cream at home.
A fair response from Noor would have been to offer the toppings and to request me to make sure the order is satisfactory before leaving next time. Instead, she seemed more concerned with saving herself money than providing good customer service. It’s clear from other reviews and employee comments that this location has issues with maintaining good customer service and management has instructed employees to intentionally reduce toppings. I will never be returning to this location because of Noor.
Update: It’s interesting to see how after Noor stated she doesn’t care about the reviews she asked her family and friends to write her nice reviews and specifically mention her name and how “sweet she is.” It’s very clear from reading the names of the reviewers and how they are written she asked her friends/family to write them for her.

ABSOLUTELY NOT THE COLDSTONE OF YEARS PAST. Since my kids were little about ages 10 and 5 I have ordered Coldstone cakes every year for them. I am officially not going to waste money any longer. Behold a 50+ dollar Coldstone Cake (pic below) Nicely decorated but the true deception showed up once I cut it. You get to request 3 mixins I requested 3× oreos. NOT 3 OREOS! The Ganache was so thin you could see the ice cream right through it. I hoped and prayed this Coldstone would be better than the other one in Woodbridge but No. Save your Money People! VERY DISAPPOINTED and why try to get them to correct it. It’s clear this is the new Standard. We already are dealing with inflation getting less for what we pay. The quality should not go as well.

Seen some bad reviews on here. I must say, first time ever trying it. Got the Apple pie order. Seemed to be mixed well. Ingredients seemed fresh. Would be cool if it was a tad cheaper, but the customer service was quick. The checkout was fast. And it was a good experience. 9.5/10, I wished I had more pie crust!
