The service was actually pretty fast even though there were only two workers behind the counter. Please specify if you are getting more than one flavor and dont it want it mix. My only gripe is the lack of seating area. Ice cream melts fast even expensive ice cream. I guess we could have went in the mall to eat. Otherwise enjoy eating ice cream in your vehicle.

Watching them mix it fresh on the cold stone was so fun! The staff was super friendly and even gave me an extra sprinkle of joy.

Truly no safe way to remove the lid without ice cream exploding all over the place. Coldstone…please consider that your ice cream is known to melt before the customer reaches their car…let alone a delivery order (though we live 2min away from the store). You cant over fill the cup..the solid turns into a liquid. Guess ill just slurp on whay isnt all over my hands and clothes

Ordered my favorite “Love it” and was a “gotta have it” when done. The service was excellent and showed great customer service. Explained everything she was doing and repeated everything to make sure both the orders where correct. Exceptional service! 🙂 However, I was concerned she was working alone and the area is not well lit . I was not sure security was available for her. 🙁 I could only pray she was safe and would be okay and use to the area she worked in and was careful about closing the store and going home alone.

The review is based on the taste of the food. The best ice cream shop in town. After tasting their ice cream I am not going anywhere else. The rich creamy taste will follow you even after you are long done with your ice cream. I have been there many times last year and every time I walked out with delicious ice cream. I had absolutely no issues with the customer service and the team seems like doing their job pretty good. Must go place for ICE CREAM!!!

I used to come here every so often to fulfill my sweet tooth, although expensive. I never had a real problem but as other reviewers have mentioned, the ice cream was always softer than it should have been and melted quickly. On my last visit, I walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes while two employees completely ignored me. There were no other customers inside but me. I kindly called out their rudeness, and left. I will never return to this location.
