Ordered an ice cream cake and although it was very good we noticed the cake didn’t match what we expected and what was shown online. 2 ways of error.
1. The website says “2 layers” on both the petite cake and the largest rectangle cake. The picture for the petite cake shows what I would call 2 layers; Cake, ice cream, cake, ice cream, frosting. The rectangle cake we got was cake, ice cream, frosting.
2. We did not receive/get to choose a mid layer that is supposed to be some kind of sauce from the website.
I say this to kind of warn someone in the future. Ensure you ask/request it look like the website. Not sure if the cake maker was rushing or if the cakes are intended to only be one layer of cake, one layer of ice cream = 2 layers.

OMG! You already know Coldstones ordered on Doordash is my go-to for fresh ice cream and the portions are great for the price along with the variety of flavors and the add-ons to choose from are phenomenal. I love the Mix & Go Create Your Own Creation™. I have gotten very creative. Ohh, you know I will definitely be ordering from Coldstones again!

In line the employee female named BELL ignores me the customer and instead waits on her friend just talking it up! and im left waiting to order. Wow my favorite location. Have never been treated like this before. Wow shameful and cant even believe this. Hire better guys! Customer service is everything.

This is a great cold stone. They do an excellent job mixing toppings and incorporating a plethora of them. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the customer service could be a bit better. They always just seem exhausted.

I’m amazed in how much ice cream the gave me. I order the big cup that costs like 7 bucks and added chocolate shavings and coconuts but they gave me almost like 2 pounds of ice cream so yeah I couldn’t even finish it but it was worth it.

My friend and I visited this location last Wednesday night about around 7pm. The new lucky charms flavor does taste delicious but was $7 for a small. Cold stone has always been overpriced so that’s nothing new. It was a little frustrating to see only one employee taking and making orders while there was numerous other employees standing around and chatting. Something that should’ve taken 5 minutes took about 10-15. If they were busier I’m sure more employees would’ve helped, but definitely not right to leave it all on one employee regardless of how many customers are in the store.

The ice cream here is just like the other cold stone locations. I ordered a “like it” with peanut butter and reese cups. I received great customer service today at this locations. The staff members were very friendly and inviting. They provided the friendliest service I’ve had in a long time. I found parking relatively quick in front of cold stone which is unusual for this area.
