Staff is very polite and kind. The ice cream was on point as always. I gave it a 4 because the store wasn’t as clean as it should be. All glass surfaces were smeared and dirty.

Ordered a cake that was inexcusable. I requested purple icing and it was pink and also looked like a 5 year old wrote it. To make matters worse it was sloppy almost as if the cake had melted and been put back into the freezer. The store looks dirty, glass was dirty, napkin dispensers empty and the freezer with the other products in it wasn’t presented well. I won’t be ordering a cake from this location again.

Racist location! Tried to order an ice cream with mix in and was told that the location I was at was a kosher location and caters to jews, not gentiles! To limit your menu for only one race of people is extremely racist!

Four employees. Three working. Manager watched as his staff struggled to keep up with people and pick up orders. Did nothing to assist them. Waited over 15mins to pick up an order that was called in well before I got there. Manager has gone back into the back again to let his staff drown. Pathetic and awful service. Corporate should make changes here.

Don’t do it. Really. Um, yeah, skip this one. No waffle cones, and that’s what they sell…. How is that possible? Thats like Starbucks running out of coffee cups. Place is totalled out. Server told me “they only serve groups” when I’m with three people and there’s no one behind us, so it’s like a 10 minute wait while they (the other three servers) just look at us. The ice cream is melting before we could even cash out. I’m amazed at this experience, in all the wrong ways. Just look at the photos. I never give poor reviews, but this is deserving. Just don’t do it.

Tonight while visiting this location i had a experience that made me uncomfortable. After waiting about 30mins for the register to repeatedly crash and reboot, witnessing 1 guy (with a blink 182 hoodie on) and another female associate (with a coppin state university hoodie on) allowing several costumers (who happen to be Caucasian)with far larger orders than myself go without paying because the register was down, i thought the register was up and working because they still were taking orders. By the time myself and my mother (who are African American) got to the register it was back down again. By now it was 7:35pm i have to be to work by 8 so we were unable to stay. I gave the ice cream back and walked out but it was odd to me that they didn’t give us the ice cream that was already made, mixed and bagged but just gave it to the few Caucasian customers prior to me
