I’m not usually one to complain but this place smells like barf and when I stated what I wanted and she only gave me one of the items and then said “well you didn’t order the second item” and it generally just took way too long to get our order. Especially at the price point of cold stone I expect at least some level of service that isnt horrible. Also I got a strawberry mango smoothie and for $7 it’s kinda just bad. Tastes like watered down mango juice. Just go to Rita’s or a local place this isn’t worth your time.

Layla made the best Everybody’s Mix I’ve had in a long time. I travel frequently for work and have visited three Cold Stone locations in this state, and this was by far the best experience.

Staff is very polite and kind. The ice cream was on point as always. I gave it a 4 because the store wasn’t as clean as it should be. All glass surfaces were smeared and dirty.

I stopped by to pick up an online order and had to wait a long time in person just to pick up the order. It’s supposed to be a convenience. I told one of the employees about my order and she told me to wait. There were two people at the counter preparing the treats and many customers inside waiting on line to place their orders. I had to wait for 3-4 customers to finish ordering and checking out before one of the staff members grabbed my order. I understand that it was a busy evening, but I think it should be acceptable for an employee to take the order out of the freezer for an online order pickup, it barely takes a minute. Maybe Cold Stone was understaffed. With that said, I was happy with the ice cream quality and packing. It was a warm evening but the ice cream wasn’t melted or messy.

Today is March 31, 2025. I just left patient First and felt like I needed some cold stone. We went into the establishment. It is dirty and it has a rotten smell in the store. They were there was six team members you would think with that many people The lines would move fast. It took us almost 20/25 minutes for the line to get to us us meeting me and my husband, there was a young man in there scratching his head the whole time and made several orders. I felt like that was disgusting, and then, when the young lady who made our order was checking us out, he walks over with his hand in his pants, that’s when I Was done I said to him I hope you’re going to wash your hands. He said I’m not serving but what did he do? Go back to the line I will be finding me a new cold stone to go to. It’s sad when you can’t visit stores in your community. I will give it three stars because the young lady that took my order was very good

Don’t do it. Really. Um, yeah, skip this one. No waffle cones, and that’s what they sell…. How is that possible? Thats like Starbucks running out of coffee cups. Place is totalled out. Server told me “they only serve groups” when I’m with three people and there’s no one behind us, so it’s like a 10 minute wait while they (the other three servers) just look at us. The ice cream is melting before we could even cash out. I’m amazed at this experience, in all the wrong ways. Just look at the photos. I never give poor reviews, but this is deserving. Just don’t do it.

I’ve been coming to this Coldstone for years, and I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management, but lately, this location has become disgustingly filthy. On my recent visits (plural), the store has been a mess—it’s clear they don’t take the time or care to clean the counters or ice cream slabs. I get that things can get busy, but walking in and being hit with a smell that literally resembles throw up? Unacceptable.
The final straw was today. I walked in and saw a customer holding her dog in her hands—yes, in her hands—right near the counter. As a dog owner and pet lover myself, I’m not usually one to complain, but there have to be boundaries. This was not a service dog, and having it that close to the food prep area is just not sanitary.
And then it got worse. I asked for nuts, and the young lady behind the counter dug her gloved hand into the nut container and dumped them onto my ice cream. Yes, she had gloves on—but it’s the same gloves they use to handle the metal spatulas, touch the register, and even handle cash. Best practice would be to change gloves after checkout, but I encourage you to watch for yourself. Spoiler alert: they don’t.
There are clearly spoons in each topping container—so why she chose to use her hands, I have no idea. Maybe she thought she was doing me a favor by giving a little extra, but it was just gross.
Let’s not even talk about the nonstop conversations they have over the ice cream they’re prepping. Does no one remember that when you talk, spit travels?
I’m disappointed. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but for nearly $10 a scoop, y’all have to do better.

This is the worst Cold Stone ever. Me and my friend went to get an Oreo Ice Cream Taco that’s been advertised everywhere and is also on the front of the freezer. When I asked for it the employee looked at me like I wasn’t speaking English and when I showed her a picture of what’s on front of freezer she goes we don’t have that. I said you don’t have the thing that’s posted on your freezer in front of you and she’s like no tacos we don’t do tacos. So instead of trying to help like oh we have waffles or cones instead she just stares at me blankly. No customer service or knowledge of their own stores deals or services.

Management needs to do better at hiring. Three young employees at night who are unsupervised, handing out free ice cream to their friends (Employee named Jayla) she made her friends a blonde and birthday cake remix AND gave a regular customer her ice cream free too, but proceed to make other customers pay & choosing what they would like to make or not. Not a pleasant experience and I never received my order because after waiting 10mins and the boy who was working and supposed to be making my order was making his OWN smoothie and then stated “I don’t make smoothies” I make ice cream. What a joke. Like I said management needs to do better with hiring. Who leaves kids working by themselves unattended??? If this place keeps on this way it will be closed down like the rest of the stores.
