Honestly I love thier cake and ice cream. Its just there service is so bad. They have only young teenage. I understand they are learning and all but dont they need some supervisor who can teach them and tell them what they doing wrong. Whenever I went there they have always different employe. Sometimes they have only one. This is 2nd time happened with my purchase of cake and when I said to write on the cake and they mess up writing and the cake. I mean seriously? 1st time I let it ago but again 2nd time different person did same mistake. I’m paying full money so I suppose to get full service too. They really need to wrok on there customer service. Hope cold stone owner read and wrok on there team and make some change!!

Waited in line for over 30 minutes to be waited on. The two servers continued to take mobile orders and Delivery orders even though the customers standing in front of them had been in front of them long before the online order came in. Once we were served our server gave us skimpy portions compared to what the other server was giving to the customers that he served. Overall, a really bad experience. We usually go to the Bel Air location which is run much better.

Cockeysville store Never has the ingredients needed for the different sundaes and they’re very slow. Four people in front of us and we finally got waited on 40 min later. The one in Pikesville is so much more prepared and offers way faster service.

They don’t start mobile orders until you get to the store. I guess they don’t understand. The whole purpose of a mobile order is to not to have to wait in line. I don’t understand how you don’t know this at this point in time it’s not like Mobile orders is a new invention anymore get it together.

Today l purchased 2 Like it’s. I had two flavors & one mix in & I was charged an extra $1.29 for each one. I questioned the server. I said I didn’t get any extra mix ins why was I charged more. He said because I had two flavors. I didn’t get any extra ice cream. Thanks Mr. Kaden for letting me know the rules. I have been a local guide for 8 years.

Worst customer service I’ve received from a cold stone creamery, the white marsh location is so much better even though you stay in line for a long time, it’s worth the price and they have more variety of ice cream. Please save your time and dollars going to this location
