This creamery has an impressive selection of ice cream flavors and toppings, which is always a win in my book. I’ve also had their ice cream cakes, and they’re definitely worth trying! However, my first impression walking through the door wasn’t the best. The place could use a serious deep clean. The customer service was just okay—not terrible, but nothing to rave about either. One thing that really caught my attention was the lack of ingredient details and allergy information, which is a big deal for many. Also, they don’t offer samples of most flavors, which felt like a missed opportunity.
Now, about the ice cream itself—it’s good, but I’m a little concerned about the sugar levels. The cone I ordered was so sweet that I couldn’t finish it, and the cone itself tasted stale, which killed the vibe for me. While I wouldn’t say it’s a bad spot, there’s definitely room for improvement. The long lines and high prices make me question whether it’s worth coming back for a treat that didn’t fully satisfy. Here’s hoping they step up their game because this place has potential!

Went there tonight around 9:40. The staff seemed moody I guess because they were cleaning up and ready to close. I was not greeted and all they said to me is do I know what I want with an irritated and annoyed look on their faces. The guy made me immediately pay for my order and before I could even get my payment out it was done which was crazy because you usually get to watch them make it!! It was messy the lid wasn’t even all the way on the bowl and she dropped my spoon because she just threw it on the ledge. I had to ask for a bag and napkins. Got in my car and started to eat it and it was terrible, it wasn’t mixed properly and there was barely any toppings in it and no chocolate syrup or if there was it wasn’t much so it’s safe to say I’ll be driving down to white marsh from now on where they treat you a lot better!

Just stopped in for a treat. I bought the Like it. Ironically, it was awful. The service was horrible. I asked for vanilla ice cream with fudge mixed in. I got a cup 3/4 full with a blob of chocolate on top. Not what I expected. I will post a picture of this hot mess! Very disappointed. That my friends is a 6.99 ice cream! Sad : (

The Ice Cream is fresh. My kids like it. I am not a fan of the cookie dough without cookie dough. I have never liked the mix in method or the prices but I gave it 4 because of their employee Brin who was very patient with me.

I was going to give this place one star but I don’t think it’s fair that I visited this store an hour before they closing time. But, store associate was very impersonal; couldn’t even look me in the eye when speaking. There were no trash bags in any trash cans. For my to-go order, ice cream was dripping down the side of the cup and got my hands all sticky and gross. The ice cream also wasn’t any better than the dollar store boxed kind.

I went in for an ours, a mine, and an everyone’s (or whatever the biggest one is called). The staff was friendly at first, but when I placed my order they seemed irritated. They didn’t say thank you when I left a tip which is a huge pet peeve of mine. It’s one thing if they don’t see you do it, but he was watching and said nothing. Now that I’ve gotten home and tried it, the ice cream isn’t mixed well and there aren’t nearly as many toppings in it as when I go to other cold stones. I will not be going back to this cold stone.

Great tasty choices! The strawberry blonde was excellent. We were the only ones there and she was quick to whip up 3 cups of deliciousness. Daughter loved the cotton candy with gummy bears and kitkat.

My dad picked me up from summer camp and it was super hot outside so we went to cold Stone and the ice cream was probably the best ice cream I have ever tasted. They had all different flavors. You can make your own flavor they had different toppings like coconut, Oreos, M&M’s sprinkles, etc. so if you’re going to an ice cream place, you should probably go to cold Stone.

Ordered Coffee Lovers ice cream- coffee ice cream with heath bar, almonds and caramel. The picture attached says it all! Pay $6 for an ice cream that has “a nut” in it as I was told by the worker when I asked for one that was mixed properly. Poor experience from the product to the service. Disappointing!!
