Well cold-stone Is always my fav place. Than any other ice cream shop I love here. This place is located on the side of the main road and so you have to do parallel parking to get into the store. Make sure to open the door by yourself and go as I just went in when a person came out and so there was no one to attend for me. Tried calling them but I felt they did not hear me, so I went and opened the door again and the bell rang and then only the person came to take my order.
But apart from they were patient enough to check my gift card balance and then take my order. Till now not tried online order.

We ordered kids sizes and there was only a TBS of ice cream in each cup. One had no mix in. When we complained and asked for new order they said that how the kids size is and would not add more. Terrible service will never go here again!

Very upset with this specific cold stone. I had ordered my husbands birthday cake there. I placed the order via the app and wrote in the comment box to call me and left my number because I didn’t have enough space to write that I wanted additional piping on top of the cake. No one called, when I tried to call (multiple times) it went straight to voicemail. The day of pickup, I mentioned this issue and was blown off, both the girls working this past Sat in the morning, did not seem to care whatsoever and I ended up adding the piping myself. Cutting the cake, I noticed that I received a complete wrong order. I will not visit this location again. Highly upsetting.

Depending on who is working at the time this is the ABSOLUTE WORST Cold Stone I’ve been to! Made a mobile order through Door Dash just for the order to be completely incorrect! I ordered multiple toppings to be added to me ice cream and didn’t receive any of it! And we all know how expensive Door Dash can be! I tried going to the store shortly after receiving my order to have things corrected just to find out they closed due to the system being down! So at this point I can’t even get my order corrected. I thought I could maybe try calling so I could AT LEAST leave a message for them about the issues I’ve had BUT can’t even do that because their mailbox is full! This place is an absolute joke and isn’t the first time they messed up my order! I would have rather them deny my Door Dash request if they knew they were closing due to system errors then half doing my order having me pay for what they knew I wouldn’t receive. This would have saved me money and gas!!

I order ice from this place for my home probably on a biweekly basis. We typically do the triple pint size of the birthday cake remix. The last few times I have gotten ice cream from this location specifically it has not been mixed throughly. For mixing topping in ice cream to be cold stone speciality, they have not done a good job with that the last 3 times. For $20 ice cream I would expect better. Most recent experience on the top potion has toppings mixed in. This has definitely changed my experience with this location. I would say to those buying triple pints just understand that isn’t not consistent though the pint. (Pic shows nothing but cake batter ice cream toppings were only in those locations on the sides)

The rewards machines were down and they told me I could claim my points online, however the receipt had no receipt code. I returned to get said code only to be told there is nothing that they can do and to contact corporate. There was no empathy in their response. My request to speak to a manager was also ignored. I have emailed corporate at this point regarding this poor experience. It is unfortunate as my previous visits had all been satisfactory if not very good.

Have been here twice in the past 2 weeks. As always, the ice cream is delicious. Two stars taken away because the service has been horrible. When you walk in, don’t expect to be greeted or even eye contact to be made. When your order is being prepared, expect it to be made at the slowest possible speed. Don’t come in here in a rush because you will leave sorely disappointed.
