I usually don’t eat ice cream, but I surely love the ice cream at Cold Stone. I have a favorite that I order every time , always delicious. The two gentlemen there are very kind and polite which adds to the experience.

Walked in and heard the chime through the store. My daughter and I looked at all the ice cream flavors a few times and she made here choice. We them continued to wait hearing someone in the back. After several minutes I called out so did my daughter. Then I waited a few more minutes before calling again louder. On the third yell into the back someone finally came out with one ear bud in on a important phone call I guess. I get it’s probably slow due to the cooler weather but still where’s the customer service. There are other places to get ice cream in town

I have been recovering for surgery and unable to drive to go out for ice cream. I was so excited to finally go and have always enjoyed but had not been to In years. The girl who served me was a petite Latina. I asked how many scoops fit in a large sprinkle cone. She said it was based on size and could or would not tell me how many scoops fit per size. I asked if I could choose 2 different Sunday combos to put in my cone and was told I could not. When I requested the rainbow cone I saw when I walked in and had been waiting so long for, they said they just sold the last one. I settled for the chocolate dipped. The woman handed me my ice cream in the chocolate dipped cone inside of a cone shaped paper holder. I pulled the cone out do the paper holder and asked her why she gave me a damaged cone, She told me they were all like that.
I am sorry but that is such bull. My mother owned an ice cream store and they had other chocolate dipped cones. I was clearly irritated and the woman did nothing. She could have offered to put it in a waffle cup. I had to race to eat the ice cream before the paper cup gave out. I will think twice before buying from this cold stone location again.

If I could I would give them a 0…. poor customer service as I arrived with my little sister she said hello and did not get a hello back…. Just a silence and we kept walking in. My sister asked for a cone with chocolate and birthday cake mix and she literally got served not even half way thru the cone. The employee looked as if she didn’t want to be there working…. and this was today around 4:15 pm.

Why do people pay for this expensive nonsense! I will never be a returning customer of Coldstone. $11.11 for a gotta have it. With a cheap and thin cone. Dull flavor and awful ice cream. A minimal ridiculous amount of cookie crumbles/pieces. Which definitely didn’t taste good or fresh. All of the staff in the front was childish. I’m all for laughter but have maturity in a professional setting at your job. The place was clean and seemed to be whipped down consistently. The freezer was well stocked. It is too bright in there. It’s an ice cream shop, not an NFL stadium.

Very dirty store inside. Customer service was good though. But the place was dirty and reeked of spoiledmilk. I can’t imagine how the back looks like.
Avoid. 1/5

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but this place is really filthy and people should know that.
We ordered from a guy who was talking to someone on his airpods while taking our order and sat down at the only table and it was covered in dried drippings from previous people. I dropped a napkin on the ground and accidentally touched a roach when I blindly reached to pick it up. There was a ton of food bits on the ground, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was gross, the windows were dirty.
I ended up tossing my ice cream because touching the cockroach just made my stomach turn wondering what it looks like behind the counter.

This is how they gave me my order. Their excuse? “due to covid we are not allowed to touch the waffle cones” but you already touched it when you put it in the bag. Honestly I would much rather drive all the way to Bruster’s to get some real ice cream served properly.

I went on 04/24/25 at around 9:45pm. There was a gentleman (Indian or Latino) couldn’t tell. He was cleaning getting ready to close. He left the broom on the side and came to serve me without washing his hands or wearing gloves. He didn’t even mixed my ice cream all the toppings where all at the bottom, he looked like he hated his job. I didn’t eat my ice cream cause he was touching it with his dirty hands… the worst part he grabbed the spoons from the side you put in your mouth ( WITH DIRTY HANDS) soo disgusting. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
