Horrible service. Stood in line over 15min just to watch both employees serve people walking in asking for cakes from the fridge and other items and not get in line, no acknowledgement or communication with customers in line, one of which had been there for 20 min prior to my arrival, around 8pm on a Wednesday. Do not recommend this location. Very poor customer service.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The ice cream is amazing and the staff is always polite and prompt. I know it can get a little hectic with the crowds but they do a amazing job making sure everyone is served properly and is giving a happy experience.
