By far the best ice cream place. Their cake batter and chocolate ice cream is very creamy and high quality. It’s slightly pricey though.

First, the doors were locked @8:40 when we got there when the hours that r posted r 9:00. Second, none of the employees were wearing a glove to serve . They were wiping their hands on their aprons and touching their hair while serving customers. The ice cream was all melted. and lastly the service was horrible. No one of the employees wanted to be there or help anyone one.

My son wanted a birthday cake from this place and they messed it up. The cake looked like a TODDLER got a hold of red icing and decorated it! OMG!! The icing was runny and unappetizing! I thought that the young girl knew what she was doing, she got red icing all over my sons cake that we paid $50 for. I asked beforehand before handing her the cake and she confidently said that she can decorate it with Happy Birthday. Never Again! I could tell she messed up because it was all over the cake plastic cover too! She didn’t even bother to clean it up or wipe it off. Don’t waste your money here, you will be disappointed. This is closer to my house, but I’d rather drive to another Cold Stone than waste money at this location. The place also looked dirty and the tables were really sticky.

First timer here . Nice and quick service . They followed covid protocols and guidelines.. we always love cold stone ice creams . Ordered strawberry sundae and my kid loved it . We also had the brownie chocolate ice cream .. was so awesome !

I ordered the cheesecake with graham crackers mixed in and it was actually pretty good, hence why I gave it an extra star. But the more I ate it, I found a piece of hair inside and lost my appetite. So sad I had to throw away an almost $7 ice cream that I got to enjoy for two minutes. The service was nice and the workers were pretty friendly. But I did notice the long nails getting dipped in the ice cream as they were scooping it. Also, the lack of hair net or any hats that pulled their hair back, which I understand now why I found a piece of hair in my ice cream. Would probably go back and get the same flavor, but not to this location.

The place was very dirty the floor had to much sticky to it they had no proper safe iteans on no hair net bered gards or gloves on very rude staff.two staff were picking there noise then going right back to work they did not go wash there hands we along with 15 or 20 other people waked out so bad here at this lochion the heath department needs to shut them down very bad lochion for this company. Always had issues with cold stone and it’s door dash services. Order is always wrong, or couldn’t get my order delivered. I got tired of it, so one day I went in and noticed the bugs and the horrid smell of dirtiness. I did not go back ever. If you like cold stone go somewhere else. These employees do not do a good of keeping this location clean.

Staff incredible kind (on the phone and personally), very clean place and easy to see it from the highway. They are very well stocked and have a big parking. This cake was for my husband’s birthday party – peanut butter playground – AWESOME! Very tasty.

If I could give this place 1 star I would. This store has this terrible smell that is just horrendous and just smells like something is rotting away or spoiled. Not to mention that floors are beyond sticky like ice cream has been spilled all over the floor and it was half cleaned up. And here’s the kicker I SAW A ROACH crawling on the floor along the board where the ice cream is located! Please avoid this place at all cost! The staff is clearly really young and do not know what they are doing. And a food and safety inspector needs to come inspect this place.
