Power Wash your store front windows & sidewalk tables & chairs as well they are Filthy. I would like to get ice cream and sit outside but I have not step foot it’s so dirty on the outside makes me think about the inside. Please show your customers you care clean up!!!!

First timer here . Nice and quick service . They followed covid protocols and guidelines.. we always love cold stone ice creams . Ordered strawberry sundae and my kid loved it . We also had the brownie chocolate ice cream .. was so awesome !
We also ordered a cake for my sons bday . For 35$ it was huge and tasted so good . We were about 4-5 families with kids and we couldn’t finish it .
Lots of parking spots available. Nice location. Overall a good experience !!

The place was very dirty the floor had to much sticky to it they had no proper safe iteans on no hair net bered gards or gloves on very rude staff.two staff were picking there noise then going right back to work they did not go wash there hands we along with 15 or 20 other people waked out so bad here at this lochion the heath department needs to shut them down very bad lochion for this company. Did see some things that looked like they could be ok

I ordered the cheesecake with graham crackers mixed in and it was actually pretty good, hence why I gave it an extra star. But the more I ate it, I found a piece of hair inside and lost my appetite. So sad I had to throw away an almost $7 ice cream that I got to enjoy for two minutes. The service was nice and the workers were pretty friendly. But I did notice the long nails getting dipped in the ice cream as they were scooping it. Also, the lack of hair net or any hats that pulled their hair back, which I understand now why I found a piece of hair in my ice cream. Would probably go back and get the same flavor, but not to this location.

Staff incredible kind (on the phone and personally), very clean place and easy to see it from the highway. They are very well stocked and have a big parking. This cake was for my husband’s birthday party – peanut butter playground – AWESOME! Very tasty.

Wow… we just went in for an ice cream after a long day and the service at the Manassas cold Stone creamery was horrible. The girls behind the counter were so disrespectful and immature. There was no manager there. To think of all the money that went into creating that store and have it run by a group of very immature and unprofessional staff is so sad for the owners. You need to look at what’s going on in your store and fix it.

Horrible customer service. Went in when only a few customers were in the store and ordered a chocolate taco sandwich. I was asked to wait five minutes. After ten minutes I asked one of the two ladies for an update on the order. She snapped at me and said “we’re busy and short staffed that is not a priority right now.” If you couldn’t make it why not tell me that before asking me to wait. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and travel down the road to Bruesters or visit another Cold Stone who values customers service.

at about 8:50 on April 14th, we had a very disappointing experience at this location. The girl working the cashier had a shockingly bad attitude—disrespectful, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience and When the check out machine had an issue during checkout, she acted as if it was our fault let alone that she put the waffle cone (not a waffle on a cup) on the counter top instead of give it to us in hand which makes me think about the health and hygiene training at such a place.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves families and kids. I’ve always enjoyed Cold Stone at other locations, but this one seriously needs attention when it comes to customer service and staff behavior. we won’t be returning unless there’s a clear improvement. No surprise all reviews are concerning.

It’s 9: 28 PM on Friday February 28, 2025 and upon walking in the door we were told by a younger female worker they were closed, and not taking anymore orders.
There were two people at a table finishing up, and two others talking with the two other female workers at the cash register.
Google says they are open until 10:00, as does Cold Stone’s own website.

This place was riding the struggle bus tonight. Ice cream was soft aka soupy, items were unavailable (chocolate and sprinkle waffle bowls, Oreo frosting), items were stale (available waffle bowls). I think the workers behind the counter were doing their best but I’ll tell you this, I’m not going back.
