Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I placed an order for a custom ice-cream cake and was meant to pick it up, unfortunately there was an accident at the store that day so they had to close early, and I wasn’t able to pick up the cake. They ended up having it delivered to the recipient for me at no extra charge which I was very grateful for.

NEVER answers their phone and their open hours are not true to time. have driven 30 mins twice to be met with a closed store both at (130pm & 143pm) change your hours to accurate ones.

The store was clean and the menu was big enough to read. There are a lot of options, including dairy free ones. There is a lot of seating inside. That being said, there was only one person working there and he wasn’t that friendly. Also I don’t know if you can consider it to be ice cream when it doesn’t even have the same texture. I got the dough for it and didn’t enjoy the flavor. The ice cream had a weird taste to it and they added green sugar flakes for some reason. I won’t be going back.

This cold stone and creamery is THE worst ever … the person behind the counter didn’t have any idea on what he was doing … he couldn’t even make a ice cream cone or a chocolate peanut butter shake and didn’t speak a word of English … if you wanna go somewhere for a good laugh go here but if you want a good ice cream experience DO NOT GO HERE !!!

I drove from Hazleton to this store because it was the nearest store, it was kind of disappointing, first because the lady who attend me didn’t mix the ice cream properly and second the cups wasn’t even full (as it used to be in other stores). I try to eat inside the store at 9:05 pm and they told me they were closing, google said the store close at 10:00 pm, so I think you should change that!
