I ordered a Sonic-themed cake from this establishment, but they didn’t have a specific Sonic option available. We decided to go with the Incredibles colors—red, white, and blue—with the name in yellow. I had a bit of a feeling that there might be issues with the cake, so I arrived early, but unfortunately, it didn’t resemble what I had ordered. It seemed they weren’t willing to modify or offer alternatives for the cake. I was quite upset, especially because my seven-year-old son was really looking forward to a Sonic cake for his birthday. The only option I was given was to pick up a new cake the next day, but since today was his birthday, I had to find an alternative. I ended up going to BJ’s instead. I will be attaching a photo and would appreciate your opinions.

Ice cream is still good but I almost didn’t stay to order because of the faint smell of vomit or disgusting dirty mop water. The place needs a serious cleaning.and renovating. No music playing. It was as if I was in a uncared for business. I don’t imagine I will desire to go again without these issues addressed.

I absolutely love coming to this store !!! The staff is amazing here they are such hard workers!!! They go above and beyond to make you feel like an appreciated customer❤️ I especially love seeing Deirdre and Jaden❤️❤️ They are the sweetest most hard-working employees!!! They know my order by heart and always go out of the way to say hi to me and make me smile ❤️

We went on Saturday night @ 9:00 pm day before mother’s day. Very busy but…..The kids (teenagers) they have working there are so fun, personable, respectful, know what they are doing, and work as great team. We were so impressed with our server. He was fun, was answering questions of probably middle school kids with such joy.my husband and I talked about how great he was, and how you could see he will go plCes in life our entire ride home.THANK YOU Jayden O. for showing us the next generation is good. Our families favorite ice cream shop I’m the area. Staff is amazing, super friendly and always helpful when it comes to deciding the best options. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond every time we visit to make our experience better! Tons of options , tons of toppings and always get what you pay for. I’m a regular. Not at this location but a regular. I’d recommend going to selden location. Some of the kids working here were blatantly avoiding taking orders. It was clear to see the coworker who took my order was frustrated. My orders were just slapped together. Not mixed well at all. It felt uncomfortable asking for things because the young man taking the order had a bit of an attitude. Probably because of the other young man just wiping clean counters and walking around aimlessly to look busy and avoid / ignore customers.
