When I went to coldstone there was a worker getting yelled at by a customer over shakes. He was taller with light brown hair I don’t post often but I wanted to say that he was very kind helping me afterwards and the icecream was great.

Place was not kept orderly or clean, extremely dirty. I got the strawberry blondie and the strawberry inside was rotten. Made me throw up in my mouth.

Been to this place prior and it is always good. They are friendly and work so hard to mix your ice cream and topping on that “cold stone”. Few tables but eventually, you will get a seat. Parking is ample since it is located in a shopping center. Lines can be long at time because they spend time creating your dish but it moves pretty quick.

Writing this review solely based off the customer service I had today. I wish I knew his name but we were helped tonight by some boy with longer shaggy brown hair. He helped the customer before me as well and just happened to drop one ice cream flavor into the bin that I wanted my flavor from. Once he got to me and I ordered, he scooped the ice cream from the bin and got the other ice cream in it, then looked up at me watching him and still continued to give me that scoop of ice cream with the other flavor in it. I then asked for an extra of my topping which he didn’t give me, but charged me for it. I am now eating my ice cream and getting pieces of peanuts!!! Thank goodness I am not allergic. Do better.

All I have to say is that cold stone has some legit ice cream. I don’t have a big sweat tooth but when I want ice cream I always go for a little bit of cookies and cream. Best cookies & cream ice cream ive ever had

Their ice cream is amazing, and the staff is young but very friendly and courteous. I think the manager should treat them with more respect. He way of instructing them to do things was quite distasteful. As a supervisor for a large transportation organization, I get my employees to work better for me by being courteous with them. All through his nonsense, they were just humbly doing what he asked. Keep up the great work in your customer service staff.
