Terrible customer service.
I ordered four ice creams through Uber Eats: two samples, which arrived correctly, and two “Love It” sizes of Reese’s Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce. Instead, I received chocolate ice cream, a flavor that was not ordered and that is not liked.
I called immediately after receiving the order. The employee recognized right away that a mistake had been made and said she would speak to her manager and call me back within five minutes. That never happened. After waiting 25 minutes, I personally had to go out to return the incorrect ice cream and pick up the correct one.
The manager then said they would reimburse me for what I had already paid, but that I still had to pay for the ice cream I originally ordered. That makes no sense—the mistake was theirs, not mine.
Who reimburses the delivery fee and the tip I paid to the driver? I paid for delivery so I wouldn’t have to leave my house on a rainy day, yet I ended up going out anyway to fix a problem they caused.
To be clear, the employee who made the mistake is not the issue. Mistakes happen, and she apologized. The real problem is management and how they handled a disappointed customer.
If they check their system, they’ll see I order frequently. Unfortunately, due to this experience, today they lost a customer.

Just know that when you purchase an item here, you will be INCORRECTLY CHARGED (higher price). I order the chocolate devotion in a Love It (regular). It clearly shows on the menu that a Love It (regular) size is $7.99, and the Gotta Have it (large) size is $8.49. When I noticed they charged me for the price of a Gotta Have It (Large), I asked the cashier. They were no resolution to correct the error nor no clarity to understand why I was incorrectly charged.
I hate FALSE advertisements and being robbed for my money ($).

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, so this review is not based on one single visit. First and foremost, this CSC will hire anyone with a heartbeat, and most, without any customer service skills to serve you. And worst yet, with no real training. Just a body behind the counter. If you get lucky, you may get one of their better employees but lately, it’s not likely that you will.
My experience has been that long lines, often times ice cream that’s melting when you get it, overcharging at the cash register when paying and just a sense of indifference by their employees is the norm. Considering the premium price they charge, you would think this place would be managed a lot better than it is. My advice: pass them by, stay away, there are better options out there!!!!! This place sucks. I’m done here.

Parking always available , the place is always clean and the workers are always ready to help. The ice cream is very good and always fresh .

Love Cold Stone’s and visit this location often, but this location is poorly managed by the owners. Always understaffed and the Creations are never made correctly. Recently ordered two triple-pints to-go and they weren’t even filled completely. Previous times I have asked and paid for extra toppings and only to realize they haven’t put them in it or only put normal amount. Extremely disappointed.
Also, feel bad for the young kids that work there at night, they are always short on staff and never able to get to all the customers on proper time.

Ordered a birthday cake for my brother on Uber Eats, they wrote Happy Father’s Day instead of Happy Birthday which I clearly specified on the order. I understand it could’ve been busy and a misunderstanding but I tried calling them twice and instead got hung up on without any interaction whatsoever. Horrible customer service

This Coldstone creamery location is one of the best on Long Island. Though the wait time may seem long on a busy night it is well worth the wait. Every time I come into this location it smells like fresh waffles and the employees are always eager to help.
