I went in to cold stone for the first time & was greeted by the employee named Skyler he was very patient, attentive & explained how it worked & even recommended a good signature ice cream to try. He even let me sample some flavors to try to see what i might like. Overall 10/10 experience will definitely come back loved it & the employee skyler was very nice 🙂

I went in for a Cookie don’t you want some.. my favorite. Got welcomed blissfully by a young women who’s name tag said her name was rosemary. This was the nicest customer service I’ve ever received in my life. I felt she was the reincarnation of Our mother of Christ herself. Beautiful establishment with incredible customer service.

I hope the man who made my ice cream, never knows peace again. For just under $10 I got a cup of ice cream with, no exaggeration, one very, very small piece of a Reese’s. The entire point of going to a cold stone is for the even distribution of toppings throughout your ice cream, and there was nothing evenly distributed about the 1 mm piece of Reeses in my ice cream. My husband’s was made by a lovely girl and his ice cream was absolutely loaded with Reeses really not sure what happened with mine. I wish I was paying better attention when my ice cream was being made because I feel like he was just giggling behind the counter at the lack of candy in my ice cream.

I’d like to get the attention of managers or whomever is in charge, the employees need to learn that speaking over the ice cream while preparing it, is not good. Spit flying everywhere. Y’all gotta fix that.

The second picture is where my order was placed… in the garbage. The server Arianna was very rude! The manager even worst. I got all the way home before i saw my order was messed up, i drove back for them to correct it and they refused. Terrible service!!! While waiting in line for my “new” order, another customer’s order was ruined as well. And the workers at cold stones favorite line is “I’ll just remake it for you.” Get it together !!!!

While in downtown White Plains, NY, I was in the mood for some dessert specifically ice cream after dinner. As I walked down Mamanorack Avenue, I came across Cold Stone Creamery that was calling my name to help me quench this desire. There was a long line of people also wanting ice cream.
