Has a good variety of all sorts of flavored ice creams. You can customize and add toppings as you prefer with any kinda ice cream you choose. Served in cones or cups and are in different sizes. They do make shakes, smoothies too. I personally tried the milk and Oreo cookie milkshake and was pretty good. I loved it. The customer service wasn’t very good though. They weren’t very pleasant to the customers or welcoming. They didn’t even talk to us or tell us what are the choices or promoted us what was good or what we should try. They just stopped with “Hi” and quite the whole time. It would be nice to talk to us, and tell us something and suggest about what they got or what would taste good. Other than that everything was good!

Just look at the number of one-star reviews for this location. That alone tells everything about the service at this store. Horrible ice cream presentation of a world class name for ice cream, and even worse service. The owner would stay stuck browsing his phone, while his equally unprofessional employees would half heartedly serve watery ice cream. Who on earth would obviously skimp on even a spoonful of mixings they charge extra dollars for. Coldstone makes world class ice cream, but would never go or recommend this place. Go to another store nearby. Let them earn for their horrible service and their presentation.

Ordered delivery got cheated. Did not fulfill order as wanted.No one can miss seeing fudge and there’s no fudge or pinapples or walnuts. Can only taste and see straberries and bananas. Was waste of my money I would go persorally if I were you to see they add and not cheat you. I have had surgery so can’t even drive and got scammed by Coldstone. Shame on them.

Worst place to get ice cream. DON’T EVEN GO!!!
The shop constantly smells like strong Lysol cleaner, which completely ruins the experience. On top of that, the owner was uncooperative and even refused to give a simple empty cup. Very disappointing and unwelcoming.

Ice Cream Flavours were very delicious
Try Chocolate Fudge Truffle.
Also Try Chocolate with (Brownies as Topping)
And My all time Classic Flavour is Plain Vanilla with Chocolate Chips as Topping.
Location is also good, you can sit outside and enjoy the breeze.
Entire Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. There’s this boy in the staff, he was so friendly and polite. It is totally worthy to give tips, to guys like him.

Cold Stone Creamery is pretty premium for ice cream. The ice cream is infused with any toppings that you would normally put on top of your ice cream so every bite can have bit of what you’ve created yourself or if you got one of the preset creations. I have tried their Reeses creations in the past and highly recommend it.
One of the issues I had with my visit was the lack of care to making sure the order was complete. I had placed an order for The Mighty Pink Puff in a Gotta Have It size and the cashier immediately left to make my order but that wasn’t the end of my order, usually places ask “Is there anything else?” or at the very least a small pause so I could say the next part of my order. When he went to ring me up, I had to tell the cashier that wasn’t my only order so I put in the order for the Island Getaway, again, he left without confirming the size with me so I had to catch up with him before he started making the order to make sure it was the Love it size.
The Mighty Pink Puff came out as advertised, Strawberry lce Cream, Strawberries, Mini Marshmallows & Caramel. Every bite had a little of everything and isn’t normally a combo you would find at other ice cream shops as the toppings are infused rather than put on top.
However, Island Getaway is supposed to be Chocolate Ice Cream, Strawberries, Banana & Whipped Topping. Everything was there except the whipped topping which is disappointing that the order was wrong. Was still a good creation but it probably would’ve been even better if it had the whipped topping that was advertised.
Another thing to note was there was a piece of pineapple in the island getaway, an ingredient that isn’t supposed to come on it, to us it wasn’t a big deal, however, this could be a big deal to someone with allergies to anything as there can be cross contamination.
This location also has outdoor seating so if it’s too cold inside the Cold Stone you have an alternative option to enjoy your ice cream.

I too am saying that one star is too generous for this store. I placed an order on the Coldstone app for 2 gotta have it’s one going bananas and one apple pie. When I got home I didn’t eat the ice cream right away. At around 9:15 pm I started to eat my ice cream and realized that it didn’t taste like banana pudding ice cream. I called the store and was told that they ran out of that flavor two days ago and they haven’t made any yet. They then told me that they just took it upon themselves to substitute the pudding for regular banana, to which I responded that I don’t want that ice cream or I would have just order it in the first place and asked why no one called me to let me know as I would have gone somewhere else and get something I actually would eat. When I was told basically that there wasn’t anything they could do for me I asked for a manager, and was then put on the phone with another young girl. When I asked her why no one called me she put me on hold and spoke to a guy in the background stating that someone had made the mistake but when she got back on the phone she then told me that the promotion for the going bananas was over and that’s why they didn’t have the ice cream. I kept insisting that this was unacceptable and again was told there was nothing they could do when I asked for a refund or to have my product remade. I asked for the owner’s information and was again put on hold while she spoke to the guy again in the background. When she came back on the phone she said that she could give me his information or they could remake my order into something else but that I would have to come back that night. It was already 9:30pm and the store closed soon and honestly I didn’t want to drive the 15 mins to the store so they were ever so generous and said I could come the next day. I have a life, a house and a family to care for it isn’t always convenient for me to make these trips especially when there is a time limit. I contacted Coldstone and have been getting the run around, it has been 4 days and still no response when I was told 24 hours. I am going to be taking my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and get this situation resolved. Do not go here, they have no customer service, are rude and unprofessional

Seen an advertisement for their ice cream-taco. The image was of course – picture perfect! We ordered two (2) online and went to pick them up. Opened the bag and to our surprise, the actual item was half the size! We paid $20 for a $6 item (should’ve been 2 for $12). We kid you not – no bigger than a Chinese egg roll!
