These cake’s are ALWAYS delicious and worth the price. The baker was nice enough to write on the cake for a coworker birthday which I didn’t know they could do that. I visited this place today and was confronted a very rude employee. He did not have the patience to answer any of our questions and was basically uninterested in serving us. what should have even a joyful experience for a 10 year old girl turned out to be disappointing and basically ruined it for her. I wish I never stepped into this place. I will never go there again and advice everyone else to also avoid this place like the plague

Whoever was answering phones this evening, 06/30/23, really needs some lessons in customer service. I was trying to get an update on an order placed online and he rudely hung up on me. I understand what it’s like to work with 3rd party apps i.e. Doordash, Grubhub, etc. so to say that you can’t do anything about an update is beyond ridiculous.
