My husband and I were driving back from a long trip and stopped by tonight(March 1, 2026) just before 8pm. He said hello to the girls but got no response, then we stood by the counter and waited about 2 to 3 minutes to see if any of the 3 girls would acknowledge or attend to us (at least tell us they’ll be with us shortly or something) but instead they all carried on with whatever they were doing like we weren’t there while chatting with one another. As we walked out, I could see them from the glass door looking at us as we left, still saying nothing to us. We went to our usual Milltown location where the service was great at always.

Worst experience with Cold stone icecream today. A while ago I ordered apple pie ala at the Kendall Park location in NJ. I don’t know how the girl mixed my icecream. It just doesn’t taste like the actual flavor. Lot of things mixing in this flavor. I feel like instead of caramel I tasted crystallized sugar. This girl ruined my day today.

Usually service here is pretty good. but not tonight.
Our order was taken and my size of ice cream and moved down to the add ins. The person taking my order took my ice cream to the register without asking if i wanted anything in it. The when it came to checking out, i have points in my account to use that was completely bypassed and not asked if I wanted to use them. this was then followed up by not a thank you as the transaction completed.
the ice cream was good though.

We arrived at Cold Stone and Dean was helping us. He was so kind with my students, and he was so patient. It was such a great experience. South Brunswick school district really appreciates community businesses that welcome my students into their location. I really liked this Cold Stone location. The staff are nice, and they have good ice cream and plenty of room to eat and park. What else could you want? The prices are also pretty affordable. The only thing I would consider is not having like any healthy options whatsoever. Everything is like 1,000 calories, and there isn’t much nutritional information about the ice cream. I don’t want to become obese 🙂

Our first time at Cold Stone and wow it was delicious!!! Jesyah took care of us and she was great!! Gave great suggestions and was very patient with me being indecisive she made ice cream for me and my 2 friends and it was delicious!!! And the price for what we got was also really good! Thank you!! These cake’s are ALWAYS delicious and worth the price. The baker was nice enough to write on the cake for a coworker birthday which I didn’t know they could do that. He kind of messed up on the birthday part np I know it’s not easy writing w icing. This is my 2nd time coming to this particular location so I know they won’t let me down.
