Okay first of all, store didn’t carry soft serve AT ALL. I haven’t been to a cold stone before, but wow!! not having soft serve was very crazy to me. second! only one flavor of sorbet and just happens to be the one i don’t like. AND!! for the smallest cup of “ice cream” i paid 8 dollars and change… when i could’ve just gone to mcdonald’s and not even paid 5 bucks for a good classic ice cream. WILL NOT be coming back

Never a disappointment when I eat here. My personal favorite is the coffee lovers, if you’re allergic to nuts, avoid the coffee lovers one. The service is good and timely. And it’s rarely ever full so it’s a nice, quiet atmosphere. Can’t complain, I always come back. Definitely worth getting the waffle container.

Was there last week for an ice cream cake and was shocked to pay $49 for a 7inch round cake that was essentially chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Nothing special. We’ve been coming here for years. Quality, service and value have gone down while price has gone way up. Not acceptable. Will not be back at this location or any other coldstone. This is not the only place in town. Congratulations on pricing yourself out of the market. Unfortunate, as this WAS a great place for a nice treat or cakes for special occasions.

Went here and paid $28 for two ice creams and a smoothie. The worker did not know how to make the smoothie and only filled the cup halfway. When he remade it, he only filled it 3/4 to the top and then denied us a refund. Manager said they are still training. Why would you put trainees working alone with no one to supervise? Very dissapointed.

I came to Coldstone for the first time expecting a pleasant experience however I was shocked to see that while one of the workers had gone to do something the other sat on her phone and watched videos while I waited to be served. After about ten minutes the man working with her came back and served me. After paying I asked the man what her name was which he responded Lea and it is clear he also doesn’t enjoy working with her. Overall the ice cream was good but the service from Lea was unacceptable and unbelievably rude.

I went there with my husband for a night snack, it was our first time trying it. We notice that two young ladies were the ones in the back of the counter which is not a problem, the thing was that they don’t know the ingredients of the different ice creams, they don’t even use their hair up or gloves even when they both were mixing the ice creams and besides that when they gave us the final ice cream was totally melted.
Oh and totally forgot, they didn’t clean the stone where they mixed the ice creams so it was a total mix of all the ingredients and flavors.
Not a bad flavor, but we end putting our ice creams at the freezer and we don’t have any plans of coming back to this place.

I was really disappointed with the service today. There was a huge group of people, and while the staff was clearly overwhelmed, one of the workers, a young girl, didn’t seem to care at all. She just stood there on her phone with headphones while her coworker was running around trying to serve everyone. It was clear that the team needed help, and she made no effort to assist. It was frustrating to watch someone else struggle when she could have easily stepped in to help. It made the experience feel unorganized and unprofessional. I really hope management addresses this, because good teamwork is essential in these busy situations. Before I left I asked her coworker what her name was, and they replied with “Lea”.
