I have tried many ice cream places, and they were good, but cold stone takes it to another level. Everyone is always so friendly especially David and not to mention how wonderful every flavor is. If you never been to cold stone, you need to to try it.

I placed and prepaid for a cake order. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told the cake was never made. I was then kept waiting for over an hour while staff tried to “find” an alternative.
In the end, I was offered a premade frozen cake from the freezer and only refunded the $6 price difference, even though the mistake was entirely theirs. This was for a special occasion and the experience was extremely disappointing.
I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service.

The Rockaway Cold Stone is always a hit! The ice cream is perfect every time, and the staff is super friendly. David especially is awesome – he’s always upbeat, remembers customers, and makes every visit even better. Great service, great ice cream, great vibes!

Good place for ice cream if you enjoy the mix ice cream : but I don’t recommend Cold Stone Creamery for Ice cream cakes, the barely have any ice cream and they topping them with powder cream not ice cream, I’m reporting this store to the town, was my son’s birthday yesterday and he was so sad when he realized there was no ice cream in the cake. The worst and more unpleasant experience is the lack of ownership when you make mistakes . They blamed it on me . So I walked in and I asked to the employee that was fixing the same fridge where the cakes were in and he very clear said those are the ICE CREAM CAKES. Like when you go to carvel or any other ice cream place ; you choose one from the fridge. I went to pay was 56 dollars for a medium cake and makes sense to be expensive because you paying quality ice cream. There is the scam THE ONLY ICE CREAM they put is a thin line between the layers of the cake. I was looking forward to make it my place since I recently move permanently to Rockaway but disappointed. Specially when I see my sons face . That wasn’t nice. Thank you . Just in case they reach out I will answer already I did spoke to the store and the manager and they didn’t care . The replied was that the ingredientes were listed in the label in very small letters, completely clueless about the product they sell . And wait this that is all they sell is ice cream . Thank you for not letting me do another mistake like this .

Prices are high and the store is poorly managed. I’ve been here many times and something is always wrong with the service or product. Tonight was bad enough that I’m actually leaving a negative review and I’ve decided we are not going back to this location ever again. We ordered two smalls to go and were handed overflowing cups of runny ice cream with the lids haphazardly placed on top. It made a total mess.
