I came to this location early in the week to order a cake. When I arrived, there was a young lady behind the counter talking with a young man in front of the counter (unsure if he worked there or not). It was just myself and my daughter, no other customers, but wasn’t assisted as you would expect so I decided to place my order online instead. As someone who works in customer service, I understand downtime happens, but I also value being greeted & assisted. That said, everything else about the experience was very positive. Megan who later left me a voicemail was polite and helpful, and the cake itself was exactly what I requested.

We always order cakes from the Morganville Cold Stone and have always had a great experience from the time we order till we pick up our order. All our customization’s are perfect! I must say that Aaliyah who always helps us, writes so well on our cakes and we always ask for her. She serves with a smile and you can even hear her smile on the phone when we call for our orders!

Cold stone was delicious! We ate ice cream after receiving a free cake from a school function and I can’t believe how big the cake is! Urooj wrote on my cake and was so nice to even add sprinkles to it! Very nice workers. The manager was also in at the time and was also helpful and very sweet. Thanks cold stone!

I have been going to this specific location for more than 5 years now. I am a huge fan of cold stone. Love their rich creamy flavors and chocolate devotion is the best ever!
The place has ice cream cakes, candles, cup cakes. There are some tables and chairs to sit. You can order your own custom ice cream cakes for special occasions, of course ahead of time.
It gets really busy on summer evenings, especially on weekends.
Service really depends on the staff/crew. Some are really friendly and some are just doing their job. I found the staff is more friendly during regular 9-5.
Definitely recommend any cold stone for their rich creamy flavors. They are super expensive, especially after the COVID because of inflation. ‘Like it’ is pretty much the price of ‘you gotta have it now’.

Yoou need to try the red velvet cake plus cheesecake ice cream combo! This location-Morganville rocks! The ice cream is always so fresh and delicious. The people who work at this store is so friendly and knowledgeable. They are very aware of how to deal with Peanut and all nut allergies! Denise is awesome and truly goes above and beyond. Denise just made a custom cake and the way it was decorated was awesome.
They will accommodate and make special cakes based on dietary restrictions for example All ice cream cakes due to egg allergy, as mentioned peanut allergy, etc! This place really sets the bar high!

Normally I don’t write reviews, but some things we saw going on while here made me feel like I had to. We stopped at this cold stone a few weeks ago while in the area for a car event.
While waiting for our turn to be served we saw one of the workers decorating cakes with her bare hands. She had very long fingernails and she continued to switch between grabbing handfuls of the crumbs (pictured) with her bare hands and rubbing them onto the cake. Then would go about scratching her arms with her long nails, wiping her hands off on her pants etc… and then go back to decorating cakes! we saw her do at least 3 cakes like this with absolutely no washing her hands or gloves. She even came out of the bathroom (touching the bathroom door handle) and then went and reached into the cherry jar bare handed and continue decorating.
It just really grossed us out to know she was touching her arms, pants, hair with extremely long nails and then reaching into different containers and rubbing handfuls of decorations on to a cake that someone is going to eat.
I am sure the owners have absolutely no idea this is happening so nothing against them or their cute shop! I just feel like this girl shouldn’t work there anymore if this is what she does.

I don’t know her name and I don’t care to know. There’s a girl with light green glasses who works wearing a bandana. She’s incredibly rude and has absolutely no manners. There was a gentleman working at DoorDash who was just looking at his order number when she came up to him rudely, just asking to see the name, and said, “It’s that one!” and turned her face away, being ignorant. He was embarrassed and had to show her the order number three times for her to check. Her being rude to a teenager with no manners is one thing, but her being rude to an elderly person? She clearly has no manners, and it wasn’t just with him; it was with other customers too.

Went there on New Year’s Eve and the three ladies working shoulder be getting paid at least time and a half! They worked very hard and seeing the over 21s weren’t there these girls should get more than an extra hour. Do your thing Cold Stone!

I had a fantastic experience at this Cold Stone Creamery recently! The ice cream, as always, was delicious—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. But what really made my visit stand out was the excellent service. Ava was amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. She made great recommendations and handled my order with care and a smile. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in her work.
