It is a very nice place. Its was my first time here and i would definitely say they are one of the best. The ice cream was good and the chocolate waffle they prepared was very fresh. Also they were making it newly fresh so it was added bonus for us. The staff is really friendly and working hard to make the experience pleasant. I know it takes time but patience is the key as they are putting in effort to make it unique. There are many flavors personally i liked the Oreo one and birthday remix. They offer milkshakes and cakes as well. It is a bit expensive but worth the try.

This branch of Cold Stone Creamery at Hoboken is a good place. A really nice neighborhood and also a must visit neighborhood in the area for the weekend. Very great crowd. Now this place in particular is a well maintained and clean place. Serves good ice creams. Staff is friendly. Only thing they lack is the service. They take a lot of time to serve a normal number of orders. They can improve there. Otherwise a great place.

We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The staff member we encountered was extremely rude. After my daughter finished her ice cream, I even wiped the table clean myself. My daughter’s hands were a bit sticky, so she asked if she could wash them. To my surprise, the staff member stopped her and told her the area was “too scary” and that she couldn’t go in. When my daughter said she just wanted to wash her hands, the staff member then told her the sink was broken. I was confused—washing hands is a basic need, not taking a shower…
I asked if she didn’t wash their hands when preparing ice cream for children, and the staff member said she didn’t, then added that the sink was in the kitchen but “the kitchen is too dangerous.” None of this made sense.
We live nearby and came to support this ice-cream shop, even though their ice cream is quite expensive. Unfortunately, the way we were treated was unacceptable. We will not be coming back, and I strongly suggest hiring staff who can be genuinely kind to children.Thanks!

Went to this place after a lot of reviews but personally I did not like the place. We took the banana caramel crunch small cup to try it out and it was not good. The ice cream was overpowered with the taste of the banana. I had to wait till the penultimate bite to actually taste the caramel and the vanilla flavor. Above this the ice cream is ridiculously expensive, the small cup costed something around $8-9 which is really on the high end, which I wouldn’t mind if had the same quality. The shop itself was not well maintained and definitely they need to keep the shop clean. Thet had a small outdoor seating area as well. Overall an okay place wouldn’t sweat it out to reach here only to have an ice cream.

We had a lovely time at Cold Stone! The ice cream was very good — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Our little ones especially enjoyed the fun mix-ins and colorful sprinkles. The “Signature Creations” menu offered a great variety to choose from — something for everyone.
The staff was friendly and patient, even with our big group. Seating was comfortable enough for a family night out, though the store could use a little more space during busy times.
Overall, a sweet treat for the whole family! We’ll definitely be back for more.

This time I ordered Chocolate Devotion, and this new girl didn’t mix up the ice cream well. She just put brownie in between, covered with ice cream and that’s it.
Otherwise Everytime they break it very well and mix this up. These kind of tiny things are very important. It’s just not encouraging to come back again.

This location has gone downhill over the years. The whole space seemed dirty and dingy. A trash bin wasn’t even properly covered or lined with a trash bag and the counter was dirty and sticky. We were in there having our treats for about 15 mins and the employees were just chatting away. I won’t be revisiting this Cold Stone anytime soon

Cold stone was a favorite of mine many years ago. I would travel from a neighboring town for the great ice cream. I placed the order online and I had the option to order from Hoboken or North Bergen. Since I’ve had great experiences with Hoboken I figured I take the 20 min drive.
Once I completed the order it said the cake wouldn’t be done until 1:45. I needed the cake by none. I called over TEN times. Most times the phone just rang. I spoke to someone who barely understood what I was saying. I explained what I needed, and he asked for my number and said someone would call me back. I didn’t want to leave my number. (People never call back when they say they will. It’s just a ploy to get you off the phone.) So, he said call back in 5- 10 so I can speak to the manager. I called back in 20. He said the manager was available to call back again. I called several times and it just rang. He finally picks up the phone after another 2-3 call. I asked to speak to the manager and he says to call back after ten!
I call the next day soon as they open. She says my cake CAN NOT be done any sooner. I say no problem I’ll cancel and go to the cold stone in North Bergen. They said they can’t.
Long story short don’t go there. The place as gone DRASTICALLY down hill. Customer service isn’t even I thing at the location. I will NOT be back.
The place also needs a deep cleaning BADLY!!
