Best ice cream ever and wonderful customer service that greets you with a smile and makes sure you like your order and get enough portion size! Please be careful when you are ordering from here. They do not make it clear that you pay extra for each “mix in” topping you add into your ice cream. It can add up quickly.

I came in to cold stones and Mansfield on
Saturday. The ice cream was great. There was an older lady working. She interacted with my grandchildren had so much. Patience absolutely loved her. But we had to sit outside because it was hotter in the store that it was outside.It was hot enough to make you nauseous.This is not the first time I’ve came in.Where this store is hotter then outside . The lady working paula gized and inside they are working on it.

This review is for their create your own ice cream cake. My son loves their ice cream and instead of getting a ice cream cake from the grocery store he wanted to try one of Cold Stone’s in his favorite signature ice cream creations. I picked fudge, peanut butter sauce, and Reese’s peanut butter cups to be mixed in. There was hardly any mix ins at all and the very little that was in the ice cream was near the edge of the cake only. There was no fudge to our knowledge at all mixed in. This cake was a huge disappointment and not worth the $43 that I paid for it, I could have gone to the grocery store and just bought the Reese’s ice cream cake. We have 3 out of 5 people in our family that loves ice cream cake for their birthday, looks like this is not the place to get them.

Unfortunately my two friends and I went here for a sweet treat at 9 at night and it completely missed the mark. The ice cream tasted okay, with lots of variety of flavors, but the service was not. For one of my friends, she got the wrong topping. And for all of us, we got overcharged. Me and another friend ordered a small ice cream with one free mixer (approximately $6). When we were charged it was $9, to which the lady at the counter said “sorry I over-scooped”. My other friend got a regular size, and her ice cream costed LESS THAN MINE. To me, “over-scooping” is not a valid excuse to charge extra when the size of the cup remains exactly the same. The ice cream was good, but I wouldn’t see myself coming back here again! Not that a couple dollars means the whole world, and I don’t demand a refund, but the service needs some work as the customers had to pay for the worker’s faults.

The one with the tattoos and colored hair was amazing she was quick with getting our ice creams made and always had a smile on her face!!! Would come back just to have her make my ice cream. It’s a great place would highly recommend everyone try it.

Service was very slow. Three people behind counter and only one was waiting on customers. The others mulled around doing this and that not even acknowledging customers, even though there was a line, while the other woman did her best to help us. The woman who did wait on us had amazing customer seevice skills. She made the wait worth it.
