Visited 2/6/26. I’ve been here about 4 times now and each of those times proves why last night was my last time. They are so stingy with portions it’s ridiculous. Each time I’ve been there the ice cream has filled only half of the cup and I always order a small. They literally scoop so little ice cream and hope your toppings fill the cup. You do not get what you pay for. Would not recommend!!

The last 2 times I have visited cold stone creamery, I have left disappointed. The ice cream tastes great but the additional ingredients are sparse. I ordered a gotta have it Oreo cookie overload and I had 1 Oreo mixed in. Now, call me a prude, bit I don’t consider 1 Oreo to qualify as an overload.

I have been to Coldstone several times in the past few years, but let me start off by saying I do not enjoy ice cream as a rule. Hard serve or soft serve, I’m a couple of bites type of person and then I’m done; however, my husband and my children love Coldstone. Not just the ice cream itself, but, the toppings as well.
Coldstone has toppings that most people wouldn’t think of putting in their ice cream. Such as, gummy bears (my youngest’s favorite addition) combined with oreos. In short, if you can imagine the most twisted ice cream and additions combinations, I’m certain they’d make it for you.
Service is hit or miss,the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 (since my family swears by the ice cream itself). You can be in an out in 10 minutes or standing around for 30 because the person assisting you is not very efficient.

I attended Cold Stone Creamery Leominster MA with some friends this evening, though the line was long, the service bar was high. We went in just a bit before closing and I appreciated how the employees were strict and stood up for themselves when more entered post closing hours, because my friend was considering a job and I would like the peace of mind of knowing she’ll be out of work cordially each night if she does receive a job offer (unlikely). I have the establishment 4 stars as oppose to 5 because one of my friends found the waffle cone bowl to be stale and dry. However my ice cream is was delish. We all got “like it” size ice creams but I would I say I loved that like it. The manager (I think) was very welcoming , sweet, and understanding, even offering my friend a job and offering a family who had been turned away a second chance to come in after hours (though they declined). We learned quite a bit about the cold stone creamery employees tonight and I can say I would happily return to learn more about ice cream, the ice cream franchise, and the Leominster employees personal lives. A total of 6 ice creams but a lot more memories were savored tonight thank you cold stone Leominster location we can’t wait to return soon.

The first picture is a cake I’ve gotten from this location before. The second picture is what I received for a friends birthday cake. The last is what I did to make it look presentable. Contacted coldstone about it. Manager told me she thought the cake looked fine and told me how she said happy birthday Meghanne wouldn’t fit. Just for reference, Birthday and Meghanne have the same amount of letters. You can be the judge on this one.

They poured melted liquid ice cream from a bin that was sitting out into the bin in the cooler, which was so gross.
The ice cream also looked freezer burnt.
If it wasn’t for the kiddos wanting to stay, I would have left.
The waffle bowls were so stale, and the ice cream didn’t taste right.
We loved our coldstone in florida, but this one is just disgusting.
The bathroom had no toilet paper and had no empty rolls either, so they knew it was empty. The bathroom clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages.
The toilet had green bacteria growing in it too, and the door wouldn’t lock.
Save yourselves and go somewhere else.

Although Zoe was alone and there seemed to be a momentary rush she was extremely confident and very pleasant. I decided to try a smoothie strawberry banana which I had gotten other places that have since moved or gone out of business. I was not disappointed. Seriously, it is delicious. Add 280 cal it’s also within my dietary limits. Nice. I really wish their hours were better but with Covid everything has been affected.

I’ve been coming here with my wife and kids for a couple of years… I think this store is under new management because there’s a new crew/staff that are exceptional! I always get the chocolate almond milk silk ice cream with marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles(good almond milk ice cream can be tough to find). My daughter loves the strawberry, and my wife loves the reeses peanut butter anything… great time, good ice cream!
