Fantastic restaurant in the heart of the White Mountains. From the moment you walk in the service is impeccable, and the food quality is outstanding!
The pot pie was delicious comfort food, the smash burger well above average, and the cauliflower cake a unique and tasteful dish. The dining area and bar have a quaint feel whether with family or as a couple.
Highly recommend a visit and meal here, it wont disappoint!!

My wife and I went to Cold Mountain for an anniversary dinner between Xmas and NYE. We are not related or affiliated with the place – just visitors. We easily made a weekday reservation for 5:30 or 6, and the entire experience was superb. The specialty cocktails were spot-on, and the food was spectacular. We particularly recommend the meat/cheese app with fresh pate. Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and kind. Kate (owner extraordinaire) and Taylor (superstar server) were generous with their knowledge – and their delicious homemade Irish Cream. We are so glad we finally made it to this little gem!

So good we ate here two nights in a row. On our first night, Kate? Was the server and she provided service to a busy restaurant with poise,efficiency, and good attention. The food came out in timely fashion and the pork tenderloin was maybe the most tender I’ve ever had. Drink menu was good and reasonably priced. Appreciated the fresh food on the menu, and the balance of well crafted flavors. The salads were incredible. We met one of the family owners who was so friendly with a great story. Highly recommend. We thought this is a great neighborhood gem.

GREAT little diner place if you’re looking for nicer sit down. Everything we had was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Easily marked vegetarian and vegan options. Just note that it’s a very small restaurant and I’m surprised we got a table without a reservation, so plan ahead. Worth it though!

The food was super good. Wife had the Chile it was flavorful. My mom had the salad, it was fresh and tasty. I had the noodle bowl with steak tips, really tasty, sweet and spicy. We shared the brisket egg rolls, they were fantastic.

Exactly what I needed on a cold March day! The Passionfruit cosmo warmed me up, fresh juice! The steak and cheese was delicious, the steak was tender, mushrooms were flavorful, and super cheese, the baguette was crispy! Such great service and music!

We have just had the MOST lovely birthday dinner here while staying at the Mount Washington Resort down the road. Every aspect of this cafe was a true delight. From the ambiance to the staff to the food and beverage offerings to the great music playing and the cool art on display-we loved every minute of our visit! We were overjoyed that we FINALLY “discovered” this gem that we had somehow missed in the 10 years we have spent vacationing in the area. A mistake we will not make again. I have a feeling we will now be planning our return visits around their opening hours! Keep up the excellence ladies, you made us all so happy with your smiles and pure passion for what you are doing.

From scratch cooking at its finest. Wish I lived closer, I would eat here all the time. Stopped in from lunch on a whim. Guinness beef stew on special was amazing, even in a small cup. The bean cake though. Wow. Never had anything like it and I highly recommend it. Lightweight spinach salad with chevre, homemade dressing, and such a unique black bean entree. Nothing like a bean burger. More of a creamy warm middle and a nice homemade breadcrumb shell to it. Healthy comfort food and crave worthy. I will be back for this dish. Cozy inside and great service.
