I really love their meal, it is very tasty and always comes in hot, but here is my feedback, when someone pays for the buffet deal, they have come to get different cultural meals that is not theirs (mostly) and for the experience, but when the serve you food, they always give very big portion of each meal, so when you haven’t tried the meal and you don’t like it, you feel bad about wasting also because it is so big, I get full before I even try other food to get the experience I paid for. The meals are very delicious and service is top notch.

First time coming here and it didn’t disappoint. We had the unlimited dining menu, everything was absolutely delicious and there was no scrimping on portion size like some places. The Peshwari naan was the best we’d ever had, freshly cooked to perfection. The manager was really friendly and attentive, we’ll definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. They paid particular attention to the two children and interacted with them. The service was 1st class, attentive without hovering. Quick service and polite. The food selection was excellent and the taste of each dish was spot on. As a buffet you could choose how much you wanted and of what. The restaurant was not full for a Sunday night, but it should have been……. I will definitely be back.

This is the 2nd time me and my partner have come to Colchester Spice and we have left extremely happy and extremely full both times. We ate from the all you can eat menu which has so much to choose from (vegetarian and meat options).

Ordered takeaway for the first time from Colchester Spice , which as Lamb Shakuti and Pilau Rice . One serving of both was enough for the two of us . Quite Spicy , but not as hot as a Durban Bunny Chow . The Lamb was tender and the rice well cooked . Delivery was bang on time too . Will definitely use again

First visit. The food was good with great flavour . I ordered a pick up which said 20 minutes. In arriving I had to then wait another 20 minutes for the order. Alcohol looks quite expensive . Will definitely order there again .

Come to Colchester Spice for Lunch Buffett, overall I cannot fault the service and the food.
We did attend on a Thursday lunch time so it wasn’t busy a few tables occupied.
The service was prompt and great with a personal touch. All the staff were friendly and engaging with customers.
The food was delicious, the meat was tender and the ones on the bone the meat fell off instantly.
Fresh nan bread and poppadoms made upon request.
