We really enjoyed our dinner here! It seemed really dark outside so we weren’t sure it was open, but it definitely was! Our waitress Cindy took such good care of us, so attentive and sweet! I ordered shrimp and salad and both were delicious. My husband ordered the surf & turf, and it was cooked how he liked it and so good.

WOW! Was recommended by friends living in the OBX to try on our way back to Iowa from visiting. This place did NOT disappoint! Greeted by the staff, and had the nicest waiter! Food was exceptionally good! Fried mushrooms had a homemade breading that was so well suited for mushrooms! I ordered the crab bisque soup which was loaded with real crab and delicious flavor! My husband had the broiled seafood platter which was seasoned to perfection! Hush puppies and onion rings A+! Plus I asked if the Caesar salad was creamy and he said he could make it as creamy as I wanted it and it was one of the best Caesar salads I’ve ever had! Our tea never got below a quarter of a glass. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Last meal of vacation left us excited to come back this summer!! -Joyce

My wife and I were on a bike ride and stopped in for lunch . The staff are so nice, great service and dang! The food is crazy good. I had the crab cake Lunch special with sweet potato tots, and this really awesome street corn pasta salad. I also tried the crab bisque loaded with crab meat . My wife had the chicken fingers with green beans and mashed potatoes. Both meals were sooo so good and the price was inexpensive for today’s standards and this level of quality. You gotta stop here to eat if you get a chance. Love it!

A Great Stop
Although famous for their prime rib, the restaurant offers good seafood items. I enjoyed a blackened salmon salad for lunch and fried shrimp for dinner. Both were very good.

The total experience for our women’s ministry’s first visit was great! Our food was made to order in a very reasonable time frame for a party of eight; and it was delicious. Shorty was a great server!!!

We’ve visited the marina restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. This time was no exception. A perfectly grilled filet for me, broiled crabcake and shrimp for my husband. The place was packed but our server amiably and ably took care of several tables, no problem. We took the turtle cheesecake back to our boat and eventually polished off every delicious morsel. Coinjock. A great classic. Thanks for always being there. See you next time!

Was driving to Corolla from Norfolk and was looking for a good place to eat on the way. Good is the understatement of the year. Phenomenal is how I would describe my meal. I had the King Cut Prime Rib accompanied with scalloped potatoes and pickled beets. The P Rib was huge!!! Very tender with great flavor. The potatoes were a great pairing and were delicious. The unsung hero were the beets. Sooo Good!!! Not sure how they prepared them, but imagine there was some peppercorns and some cloves. Very unique. My lady had the surf and turf and she liked the steak but raved about the scallops. The environment is awesome next to a marina. People working there are top notch. Our waitress was also the bartender, Paloma. She was excellent, providing great customer service with plenty of attentiveness. Gave us great insight for our meal and had an amazing personality. If you are looking for a great experience with an amazing meal, stop by and support this local restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Nice place for friends to meet, nice atmosphere. The corn chowder was excellent. The steamed shrimp were different, we expected shrimp with the shell on but we got shrimp that looked sautéed. The stuffed flounder looked great but had no flavor whatsoever, a big disappointment. I think the corn was supposed to be street corn, not sure but not a fan. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Great view of the ICW. We ordered a Grouper sandwich and a crab cake platter. Both were great including the sides…chips, green beans, and cole slaw.

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY! First the GOOD: The food is always very good in this restaurant. We come here for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. It is never crowded for early dining. The prices are very good when considering our proximity to the beaches. The atmosphere is certainly not as romantic as in some of the waterfront restaurants on the beaches, but it is kind of cool to sit by the marina and watch the yachts come up and down the ICW. This restaurant is well known for the yachts that routinely dock alongside to enjoy the bar inside and outside. The BAD and The UGLY… absolutely nothing!
