The ranch dressing is the best you will ever find as well!
Glide is a super cute community and Coho totally makes the drive from Roseburg worth it!
The owner has done a great job providing our region with a restaurant that is decorated with fun Bend Oregon type of rustic styling that serves consistent quality food!

We absolutely love this place!! Our favorite pizzas have been the Mama Maria, Sausage & Black Olive ,The Sarge, and The Chickle!
The only thing I would say when ordering pizza is if you like it crispy, order it well done!
The spinach artichoke dip and the Bean dip are good!
Always remember to order a side of spuds w Ranch!
Their clam chowder is also to die for…if you can get it! They only have it on Fridays and they sell out before dinner!
Oh! And don’t get my started on their cocktails! The Coconut Sour is my favorite!
The wings are also great!

Coho, is absolutely hands down the best place to eat in Gilde! The staff is so welcoming and caring. I took my dog with me and had him in their back patio while my group ate inside. The waitress immediately asked if he needed some water and even took him some chicken! Their set up is adorable and very welcoming, they have great indoor and outdoor seating for any type of weather and an amazing bar set up too. 10/10 will recommend to anyone passing through Glide. I’ll definitely be taking more drives out there for the amazing food, their BLT special was DELICIOUS. Don’t waste anytime looking for food just head out to COHO!! ❤️

The food & service is always wonderful, but I have to say that tonight they really out-did themselves. We got a Scenic Byway and a Pepperoni and they both were the best Pizzas we have had anywhere in many years! Super fresh, generous & tasty, quality ingredients, cooked to perfection! Great job Coho!

Coho Pizza is a must-try! The Blade Axe House Family went there for lunch, our group was so excited to try a little bit of everything. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 right in the center of their cozy restaurant.
Our waitress Lora made sure we knew all of their specials and gave excellent recommendations! The pizza was great with tons of flavor and plenty of options to choose from (we got a variety of pizzas so we could all sample the great taste COHO offers). Their daily special, mini BLT and Tomato soup, hit the spot! Their tomato soup was one of the best I’ve had. Their appetizer dips were delicious, and I have to give a shout out to the artichoke dip which had its own unique twist that made it stand out. You can tell they put thought into their creations. Great spot, great food—definitely coming back! #TheBladeTakeover #TheBladeAxeHouse

People have been raving about this place since it opened. I decided to try it on my way home recently. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. When I ordered my pizza, they asked if I wanted ranch. I don’t belive good pizza should be dipped in ranch. This should have been my indication to ask about sauce. The 3 pizzas that were ordered at our table were DRY. Almost as if there was no sauce at all. The crust was good and there were loads of topping, though those were falling all over the place as I tried to eat.(no top cheese to hold anything in place). We also tried their “spuds”. Not sure how these sliced potatoes are cooked but they were barely breaded and chewy. Spuds don’t need to be breaded but how do you get a chewy potato? The sauce they sent out with them was good so we did eat most of the order. I will try again after the holidays as this place shows promise.

Best Pizza Ever. The blends of flavors were absolute perfection! I was amazed when I entered the building. The remodel is spectacular. ( Wasn’t it a laundromat?) Coho Pizza is beautiful. Great cocktails. Perfect pizza!
