Created by our family for your family. Coffee Rani went “green” long before it was fashionable. Our concept was created around fresh, healthy entrée-style salads and has grown to include unique grilled sandwiches and a variety of pasta selections. We offer many vegetarian options, serve breakfast daily, and locals consider our Sunday brunch to be the best in town! We serve only farm-raised, organic eggs sourced from Fisher Farms in nearby Abita Springs. Coffee Rani offers modern American cuisine in a casual atmosphere. I’ve stopped here a few times on the way home from work. This location is a bit nicer and less …rustic like the sister location in Covington also reviewed.
Almost every item I’ve eaten here has been phenomenal tho I haven’t had everything on the menu and probably never will
This location always has cheesecake on deck which is important bc the other one does not always have some.
I also feel there’s a couple more items (not on menu) here and the outdoor seating is much better
Not a super big fan of the table sheets they have stacked on the tables that get pulled after a diner leaves I’m assume but otherwise a great and clean locale to eat especially for those looking for healthier alternatives at a Decent price

The food and service was outstanding when we visited on Valentine’s day. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is that the baby changing pad definitely needs to be washed or thrown away. Hoping the manager or owner will see this and make that change! We love Coffee Rani!

Around 7pm on a Saturday night a friend and I were in need of a bite to eat, that included a sweet treat! My friend called to confirm that they had a Lemon dessert. Brittney confirmed they had one slice left. She agreed to save it for us.
Upon arrival, we asked for Brittney and let her know we called about the lemon dessert. She went and grabbed it for us. She had a note on it that read “ Reserved for special VIP guest!” Brittney knows how to make a customer feel special! Now this was just the start of the amazing customer service! Brittney had an amazing personality. She was engaging and offered suggestions for meals. Not only did she offer suggestions/ she gave detailed descriptions of the items.
I opted to try the mushroom burger exactly the way she suggested it. My friend ordered the pesto crusted chicken sandwich. For dessert we had the pistachio cake and the lemon leche. We ordered everything to go since they were about to close. However, the place is so cute and I. Look forward to returning and having a dine in experience.
Now, let’s get to the good part!!! The food was AMAZING! Everything was prepared to ordered, with fresh ingredients and was Delicious!
If you’re nearby, I definitely recommend checking this place out! It’s worth your time, and you won’t regret it.

Excellent service, everyone happy and helpful. Food was very good. Love the fried potatoes for breakfast. Very clean, bright interior. Bring you reading glasses the menu is hard to read because font size is way to small. However the folks behind the counter will assist you. They are so nice.

I ordered the Shrimp & Grits , added 2 overeasy eggs , with wheat toast . This is one of my favorite meals on the menu. Every time I visit this location I always order the same meal which is the shrimp and grits. I have tried other items that were just as good, but this is m favorite by far.
The service is always top tier and the workers are so welcoming and vibrant. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food comes out pretty quickly even when it is busy.
I truly believe that this is the best ripping grits on the North shore, until I try better elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and go try it out and treat your stomach to a good meal.
