We were looking for a quick drink and snack and stumbled upon this hidden gem. Their smoothies are some of the best on the Big Island, Hawaii, and the chicken quesadilla was delicious. There’s plenty of parking, and seating is available both inside and outside. They also sell a variety of unique items like cotton bags, t-shirts, photos of Hindu gods, drinkware, tumblers, and other fun showcase pieces. Just a heads-up: if you’re looking for a restroom, there’s a portable toilet to the right of the building—handy to know since restrooms can be limited in the area.

This place is da bomb! It way exceeded my expectations. I’m vegetarian, so I was pleased to try their veggie wrap. I added avocado and their homemade balsamic dressing. It was so flavorful! I loved the way the hummus was seasoned with curry. I also tried Thai iced tea for the first time. It was sweet, creamy, spicy and refreshing. I was told that it was their special homemade recipe. Service was friendly and there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Can’t recommend enough. I really wish this business well, it’s definitely what Ocean View needs!

Loved this place! Perfect stop on our way from two steps snorkeling to the volcanoes national park. The food was super good and reasonably priced. The coffee was delicious and my iced latte even came with coffee ice cubes! The owner lady was super sweet and worked quickly. We loved Coffee Grinds!

Many plusses here. It serves breakfast! The ingredients are fresh tasting and looking. You can customize. I had an oven baked skillet and added pesto. The pesto was delicious! The local feel is great. Service was slower than mainland service but I’m good with Hawaii time. It was probably 15 plus minutes to get the food. Which is fine for me.

This is an amazing breakfast spot! The breakfast sandwiches are delicious, I love spam. And the coffee is great too! They use coffee ice cubes, so when it melts it doesn’t get watered down, which is awesome. The staff upfront is great and so are the cooks! And it’s crazy affordable!! If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll for sure go back here.

Drove 20 minutes from Naalehu for a Friday morning breakfast. We LOVED the tropical smoothie— very tart and flavorful. The biscuits were swimming in gravy, and the breakfast blt was really yummy! This seemed to be a regular spot for all the locals. Very fun experience & great breakfast!
