One of the most delicious coffee I’ve ever had. I had the moose (with caramel syrup) and the matcha, and they were awesome. Usually, caramel syrups are very sweet – but this one was perfect. I also had the coffee cake, which tasted great. Service was good and fast. The place has indoor and outdoor seating.

Has been a delightful experience from the coffee and the selections. The delicious food and the nicest staff and even the customers are pleasant. This place is top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

How can you serve a latte with no art?! That is part of the experience. Not hard to do even but we ordered two lattes and no art.
The physical location is nice and the scone my wife had was good but man, the visuals if our lattes will prevent me from coming back. It’s like a fake coffee shop. All of the aesthetics but nothing else.

Delightful coffee shop! Friendly, fast and convenient. There’s a small selection of baked goods, but they are some of the best you’ll find in New Albany. It’s a great way to start your day! Love this place!

My choice always would be local businesses specially in coffee and bakery. I’m glad to have coffee crossing in our area. I almost visited all of their locations and very happy to see they are growing and keeping their quality. This location is another great place for relaxing love their historic building and location. Keep in mind they have more parking spaces in the back of the building.

First visit and will not be the last. It’s a coffee shop, so expectations were a bit low for food options. But they do have a decent selection. Service was friendly and fast. Everyone has specific coffee tastes, so I’ll just say I was impressed with what I got. Environment was calming, but there is a bit of an echo-if that bugs you. Highly recommend.

I had a medium iced railroad and it was so delicious! The first time I tried coffee crossing I got it half sweet, as I try to limit my sugar. But I found out they have many sugar free options. I went back and tried the same drink sugar free and it was just as good. Would highly reccomend

This location is so cute and right in the middle of all the great stuff in downtown NA. It’s set back just a little bit from Main Street so you don’t necessarily see it until you’re right on it. There’s only about 4 parking spots in front but there is tons of street parking in the area. The staff is always super friendly. They have great (and fresh!) little desserts as well. The coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Nobody’s coffee even comes close to being as good as Coffee Crossing.

100/10 the BEST coffee shop in New Albany. The staff is A1 and always on point. I love the coffee but seeing their wonderful staff is truly a highlight of my day every single time. Lobby and seating is always clean. Very nice bathrooms that are always tidy and contrary to the recent review I just read, they do have working, locking doors(they are just heavy doors and need to be pulled closed properly). I would recommend stopping in and trying the blended white Moose or blended turtle. Cheese danish is also super tasty. Best of all, it’s a local business and I want to support that any day over a giant corporation. Love love love my Coffee Crossing.
