The new location feels corporate and soulless. A confusing mixture of millennial greige, barnhouse aesthetic, and the only decoration being a 5’x5′ tile mural that says “Coffee Before Work” – groundbreaking stuff.

Now with that said, there’s a reason we keep coming back. The coffee is good. Lots of flavors, variations, customizations. And the menu is huge, and all the food is excellent. Blows Starbucks out of the water in every category.

I was a little disappointed. My coffee tasted like it was brewed a week ago and had a weird sour taste. I got an açaí bowl and the only way I can describe the flavor; it tasted like eating old coconut flakes mixed with freezer burnt smoothie mix off a dirty floor.
Other than that, the staff was nice, it’s quiet with a nice atmosphere.

I start my morning here everyday. Because there is no drive thru (but they do offer call-ahead options) you really get to know all the staff, and the coffee is always consistent. The breakfast sandwiches are so big, i usually eat half in the morning and half as a late morning pick me up. All the locations have the same vibe and delicious food (lunch as well!) BEST COFFEE IN RI ♥️

I order coffee connection weekly, sometimes I get just a coffee and sometimes I’ll also grab a breakfast sandwich. The last few weeks have been very inconsistent with their coffee and sandwiches. Today my sandwich had a crumb of bacon on it and my husbands had one piece of bacon. I just wish the portions on the sandwiches were more consistent like they used to be in the past.

We go to Coffee Connection whenever we are in the area. Love their coffee usually. Today we got two large ice coffees…mostly ice, 1/2 filled with milk. Couldn’t taste coffee. I ask her to dump out some and asked more coffee. She barely dumped any. Tasted like flavored milk. Very disappointed for $10 coffee
