Stopped in for breakfast. Food was fresh and tasty-reasonable as well. Atmosphere was comfortable with a modern with a touch of rustic feel. Very clean. Specialty coffees were good (cappuccino & ginger snap chi tea latte). Children’s menu was also reasonable. High chair available. Service was on point.

This is not something I normally would do but I want this to go back to the owners. Food was great server was amazing but she was super overwhelmed. She had every table full and a line. She had no help from the ladies who were on and off their phone behind the counter. Our server was crying at one point bc of how overwhelmed she was. When we first sat down at the counter an older lady came up for a box and the lady behind the counter rudely said to her “yea your server will bring it”. The tone in the ladies voice when speaking to a customer was the first thing we heard when we sat down.
We were waiting at the counter for 10 mins before the server had time to get to us. While the other ladies were again in the phone or standing there doing nothing. They could have seen at any point how busy their coworker was and offered to take our drink order food or whatever but they never did.
While the barista was making coffees she’s keep passing them over me to the customers while I was eating. I get it’s the counter that we choose to eat out but I don’t think that was ok.
Myself & my friend who was with me worked back at coffee co 10years ago when they only had one location and we both were saying that what we were watching Jon & Heidi would have never allowed. When the server gave us the check I reassured her that she was doing and amazing job and gave her a big tip.
But my tip to everyone else is that To create an amazing atmosphere team work and kindness goes along way.

This is a MUST GO. The coffee selection is very good. Lots to choose from. The food selection is unique as well as typical selections. The pancakes I ranked among the VERY BEST I’ve had. You will find something you WANT to eat or drink AND YOU WIILL ENJOY IT. Fantastic place. Go there.

Great place! We have been to Coffee Co a few times in their other locations, and this location is just as good! We always have a great experience – the food is delicious, atmosphere is cozy, and service is pleasant. I got the breakfast corn hash, and it was so good. My husband loves their smoothies and french toast! But you can’t go wrong with anything here!!

I really prefer the Lancaster or Landisville locations. The food tastes good and always is good. My critique is that the staff in Lititz rushes so much you can barely hear what they say before they walk away. They were efficient, I give them that, but I’d order and they were practically walking away before we finished talking. Maybe it was busier than I realized, but it felt like they did not want to be there, and thus came off as unfriendly.

Coffee Co does not disappoint. Every time we visit, we have top notch food, with a short wait, served up by some wonderful staff. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a place in a strip-mall; but don’t let the location fool you: if you visit Coffee Co you will have great food and wonderful service!

Unfortunately, I was advised that I would be asked to leave the restaurant, if a person came in to dine and wanted the table at which I sat, whereas I only purchased a latte. This is unwelcome. After years of enjoying this place, even an amazing relationship with the owner’s cousin and having brought numerous guests to dine in, I find myself surprisingly hurt at their prioritization of profit over serving a community, while I was willing to pay for enough coffees to likely cover a dine-in profit. I believe in the long run, this requirement is an effective way to destroy customer loyalty. I will avoid this location futuristically.

Coffee Co. Is one of my favorite spots to go to! Their food is always yummy and filling! I love all of their specials they have as well for drinks and food. One of my all-time favorites is the Apple Chia latte. I also love their steak bowl and lemon blueberry French toast! Last time I went, I sat in the Windows seat with my sister and saw a hot air balloon land in the parking lot.

Nice place. Did pretty good setting up the inside for being in a strip mall. Place was pretty full Sunday morning. We were greeted right away at the “please wait to be seated” sign. Only we were getting coffee to go. Right up to the counter we went.
