I was leery of the big chain stereotypical food… however, BIG SURPRISE! I had the ribeye per recommendation from another and not only was it cooked to perfection so was everything else. The food and the two for one drink specials were fabulous!! What a pleasant surprise and while eating they had live music & dancing on an outside type patio. I also cannot forget to give KUDOS to our server Jess. We had a group of 16 and she never missed a beat. EXCELLENT JOB JESS!!!!

Stopped by on a busy day(St. Patrick’s Pre Celebration). Wait time not too bad, a little less than quoted. Large bar area to have a drink(2 for 1 Special) while waiting, with excellent live music to boot. A real comfortable, old time, roadhouse feeling. Tons of pictures, signs, memorabilia to gander at too.

Come to Florida once a year and look forward to eating at Cody’s. This was not a pleasant experience. After being seated in the patio area we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Two sodas and a water. Two of us were supposed to have the salad with our meals. The waitress then went to the table right behind us and took their order before she put the orders in. No issue with that. 20 mins pass… still no drinks. Stopped another waitress and asked her if we could get our drinks. Our original waitress brought them a few mins later. No mention of our salads. The couple behind us had their food brought to them before they even received their salad and the gentleman ended up sending his ribs back to the kitchen. Not sure why. Again stopped another waitress and inquired about our salad. After waiting 45min we were brought our rolls and salad. No explanation from our waitress or a sorry it took so long. 5 mins later here comes our food. I had ordered the sirloin medium, picture on menu shows pink throughout. Steak was cooked well done. Didn’t send it back for fear it would take another 40 mins.

Came here for my girlfriend’s grandmother’s birthday and was not disappointed one bit. Live music and great food. I had probably the best Caesar salad I’ve had in a long time. The NY strip steak was phenomenal and the haddock was just as great. Our server, Molly was very good at her job and was on top of everything despite being extremely busy. Definitely will be coming back

Didn’t get our salad until after the dinner was served. Also asked at least 3 times for sweetener for my ice tea. Would have liked to be sipping on something waiting for my dinner. Server was nice…just think it was kitchen mismanagement. Also were out of ribeye.

Food was mediocre at best, service was extremely slow even though we arrived after the rush. Bacon cheese burger and fries were no better than a fast food restaurant. Fries were the same. Prime rib was okay but not appealing. Best part of the meal was the bottled beer but that could have been colder. Maybe an off night….

This was our first visit, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!! The decor is old school and charming. Our server, Ashley totally rocked it! She was super nice, knew the menu and gave great service to our table. The food was delicious!! The beer was cold. Great views of the lake, too. Definitely check Cody’s out, if you’re in the neighborhood!

Erica our server was awesome, 2 for the price of 1 drink special was wonderful for my Mojito addiction! We were served the yummiest softest rolls with honey butter and a big salad that we weren’t expecting, then we had to have a small order of onion rings, which was huge and we shared a dinner because hubby has Cancer and can’t eat alot and we were wayyy over fed! It’s a great place all around! You won’t go away hungry! Pic of my 2 for 1 Mojitos♡
