It always looks so busy. This Saturday we tried it for dinner. Experience was fantastic. It was busy. Sever Ellen was great. Even though it was busy she did a great job. Salad and rolls are awesome. We had scallops as an appetizer. They were good. I had steak bites. Imagine a few more in the picture since I had a few before I snapped the picture. Steak bites were very good. Got carrot cake to go. Have not tried it yet but looks yummy. Definitely will be back.

I was leery of the big chain stereotypical food… however, BIG SURPRISE! I had the ribeye per recommendation from another and not only was it cooked to perfection so was everything else. The food and the two for one drink specials were fabulous!! What a pleasant surprise and while eating they had live music & dancing on an outside type patio. I also cannot forget to give KUDOS to our server Jess. We had a group of 16 and she never missed a beat. EXCELLENT JOB JESS!!!!

Cody’s exceeded my expectations. Having never been to a Codys Original Roadhouse and wanting some potato skins, I went for it. The food was truly delicious. I had the potato skins which were covered in bacon and cheese, just the way they should be. I enjoyed a Haddock Sandwich which arrived as a HUGE piece of haddock with all the sandwich fixins. My husband enjoyed a classic chicken fried steak with mashed and a salad. Everything was great. Well cooked to order and hot and fresh tasting. All of this with an attentive and smiley server. I felt like i got what i paid for and was happy with it.

In the area for work and came upon this place. Atmosphere very much a roadhouse and was great. Food was decent and filling. Only reason I give it 4 stars is because server forgot refills several times. Baked potato overcooked. Good holiday specials

Food came out so fast I didn’t even get a couple bites of my salad and appetizer lol. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was on point. Loved the Prime Rib.

Fun spot to eat any time of day. We had live music which was fun. We were seated right away and the waitress was there to assist us as soon as we sat down. The food was excellent, and came out quickly. We never felt rushed, but we’re probably done within an hour. The atmosphere of the place is fun. Will be going back!

What a lively place! We stopped in for dinner around 6pm and only waited about 10 minutes for a high top table on the deck. Live music and interesting drunken dancing was taking place so the entertainment was quite…entertaining. Large menu and LOVE the 2-for-1 drinks EVERY day! We ordered a bacon cheeseburger topped with onion straws, and fries. The large dough bombs, as my husband called them, were these huge melt-in-your-mouth rolls that came with deliciously fluffy, whipped cinnamon butter. Service was great, bathrooms were clean. A perfect night to eat a delicious dinner outside!

It’s a fun place with fairly decent food. Service was a bit slow but the restaurant industry is facing challenges right now so that was ok. If you can put up with the people that live in the Villages, it’s a fairly decent place to go for a burger and a beer.

Went Friday 10/28 for dinner. Waited about 15 minutes to get sat. We brought drinks in & when sat the manager (?) said we couldn’t bring them to the table, but half our party had already been sat with them & no one said anything. Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was packed. I had a cheeseburger & it was delicious. Several in our party had the prime rib, mostly good but one serving came out ice cold. Couldn’t flag anyone down to make it right. Portions are huge & prices are more than reasonable! If you’ve ever been to Mannys Chophouse, it’s basically the same restaurant.
